This was my first time purchasing a car, and I received excellent customer service, step-by-step explanations, and friendliness from all the staff members. They were also very flexible with their scheduling and were able to work around my availability. The vehicle came in perfect condition, and Fady helped teach me all of the safety features of the car. He even offered to clean my other family member's places for free. I highly recommend Attrell Toyota. More
Book an appointment at 2:45pm to change winter tire with rims on. Got there 10 mins early and went into the waiting room. There were a bunch of customers who seem to be waiting for hours and there are no rims on. Got there 10 mins early and went into the waiting room. There were a bunch of customers who seem to be waiting for hours and there are no seating available. At 3:45pm went up to ask why take so long just to change tires. The service rep ask if I have an appointment and if I had check in with a service rep? He then went to talk to an auto mechanic and came back to tell me that it will be done by 4:45pm. So in total I would have to wait 2 hours just to change winter tire with rims on???? Clearly they have over book appointments with customer and don’t care how long customer would have to wait. Most horrible Toyota Service. More

The service department often tells me more needs to be done than is expected. Suspicious. The cost of maintenance on my 2018 corolla, purchased brand new, is expensive. When you purchase a brand new car, you expect it to be relatively easy on maintenance costs. I only have 60,000 km on this car, I am a very easy driver. The money spent on the "advice" from them is more like what you would expect if you bought a much older used vehicle. I do not leave this service department feeling good, and they always keep you waiting for hours even when you have a scheduled appointment. Why have a schedule if you do not honour it? You overbook, so you do not respect your customer's time. Example, instead of 30 minutes to 1 hour for a winter tire installation, it takes 3-and-a-half hours. Go elsewhere for car maintenance. More

He is extremely polite, friendly , co-operative , and highly knowledgeable in his job. Attrell Toyota should be proud of such a sincere employee who fully satisfies customers. The financial service adviser Hamid, is very friendly, courteous ,and sincere to his work. The detailing Manager Ron is very helpful. Philip Attrell is considerate and the sales agents like Ryan, Vishal .....are very helpful. The General Manager John Attrell is the best of all, very kind, considerate ,and very humble .This is the best place to buy cars and for car servicing ! More
Worst service. They will upsell you and put broken pieces in your car, happened to me and the operations manager daryl, said I should have paid more when I was unethically up sold.
