Poor excuse for a dealer. For the sake of context it is important to point out that like most buyers I knew which car I was going to buy and my credit is great. That being said, the dealer in my opinion, didn't need to do anything other than facilitate the transaction. You would think that would a very easy job considering they didn't need to sell me anything. I purchased my car in Dec 2015 and I wasn't provided a second let for the vehicle and at first I didn't mind but it has been a month since my purchase and I still do have the key. Now, it also important to point out that I was directed by Robin (Used Car Manager) a week ago to call on Friday January 22, 2016 and he would arrange for the service department to be available to cut and program my second key. I did as instructed, call Robin and let my contact information in the event that anything changes but I didn't receive a call so I assumed all was ok. Now, I show up at the dealership on the morning of Saturday January 23, 2016 only to be told that it would be a couple of hours to wait for a key to be cut because the person that was suppose to do it didn't show up, really? I encourage anyone that is interested in purchasing a Hyundai to purchase your car at another dealer or you will be disappointed. Furthermore, I plan to use the influence I have earned online to ensure that everyone knows about mine and others with bad experiences at the dealer. More
Incompetent The two sales people that we dealt with couldn't negotiate their way out of a paper bag if they tried. One agrees to a deal and the other says that he was not authorized to make such a deal. They wanted money prior to even agreeing to a sales price. If you want a test drive - by all means go and enjoy, but go to another dealership if you are serious about buying a Hyundai. More
Do not trust the salesman 2 issues I had with the dealership. 1. Which could be considered my fault.. Bought the car, had the battery fuse die on me within a month. And I remember having issues with the headlights before I bought the car, but I thought it was just an old car (it was my first car purchase). Apparently it was a bad battery fuse box that should have been checked before they sold the car. They made me pay for the fix. 2. Before I bought the car, the driver side sun visor was missing. I was promised that the missing visor will be replaced when I come to pick my car up. It wasnt there. The sales rep (Andrew) being really friendly, I trusted his promise when he said he'll have it mailed within a month. I called Andrew a bunch of times and got a different excuse every time. I called the manager, he informs me Andrew never ordered a sun visor for my car. He apologizes and ships the visor which arrived the week after. I will not refer anyone to this dealership and to Andrew. I'll make sure people stay away from here. More

Extremely rude, snobbish... points a finger at me and tells me I know more about this car business than you ... you have no idea. Out of this dealership in 5 min !! Don't bother going there if you have any self respect. More
