After our 42 day wait for our Jeep to arrive :( , we dealt with Trevor Battist. Being from Harvre Bouche, I was a little nervous going to another dealerhip other than a dealer closer to home. Having had a poor experience at my "local" dealer, I was referred to Atlantic Dodge by a frien another dealerhip other than a dealer closer to home. Having had a poor experience at my "local" dealer, I was referred to Atlantic Dodge by a friend. Upon entering the dealership, I was immediately greeted by a Mr. Tom Smith. Right from the start, I felt like I was home. Tom made me feel welcome and answered all my "questions" with ease. After helping select the right vehicle for my family, Tom and I got down to the numbers. We went back & forth a little and finally his Sales Manager, Christian Barrett, came in Tom's office. After 5 minutes of talking, Christian and I shook hands on the purchase of my family's new van! Tom then introduced me to their Finance Manager, Trevor Battist. Trevor quickly put my mind at ease and helped me get my loan custom-tailored to suit my family's needs. All-in-all, this was an effortless purchase. Actually, in 25 years of buying vehicles, it was the smoothest transaction I've ever had. I just want to give a big Thank You to the Management & Staff of Atlantic Dodge. You have a customer for life! ....and if I have my way, I'll be sending a lot more your way! More
Absolutely by far the worst dealer ship I everrr dealt with. Service department is useless. Back three times for a truck with 9000 Kms on it. Issue still isn't resolved. Bad bad service. Never had experience like this. Stay away from this dealer. The dealer has to review the whole service department. Pathetic in so many ways. With social media and just putting this dealer in google you will see a lot of complaints and a lot more to come if they don't make changes. I gave up I'm dealing with the top. Dodge canada. N I will keep going until they replace my truck. 9000 km should have any issues. More

Staff is unable to tell if a vehicle is in 4WD or 2WD while driving it. Staff tells you should not have driven your vehicle home, AFTER you drive it home following a diagnostic appointment.
