Have used this dealership for 3 generations of family so far, but my last experience with them was terrible. Pre paid maintenance wasn't registered with VW by the sales dept, resulting in them pretending i far, but my last experience with them was terrible. Service dept is awesome however, no shade on them. More

Terrible service department The car dealer and finance department were great to deal with. But, the service department manager was awful. Very unprofessional to deal with . He even went so far as to yell at me because I was upset because my car broke down for the 3rd time in one week! (each time I brought my car to the dealership). I live 79 KM from where the dealership is, and the last time my car broke down was at 7 am in _22 winter weather. The service manager refused to loan me a car and refused to give me a ride. Then proceeded to degrade me to the other employees while I was still in the building. More
