Terrible customer servies I was looking to purchase a 30,000 brand new Frontier truck on Saturday October 1st, 2016 and was told there was one at their Langley location and the I was looking to purchase a 30,000 brand new Frontier truck on Saturday October 1st, 2016 and was told there was one at their Langley location and they would bring it in on Monday. Marcus the salesman was texting his phone and told me he was making a trade with the Langley lot. We asked how they would get it there as we didn't want any mileage put on and was told it would be brought in by truck. i gave them a down payment cheque for 15,000 and did not sign any final papers. On Monday I received an email from Ashley informing me that they are bringing in my truck from Comox. I called Marcus right away to find out what was going on with my truck and he told me he was just waiting for the bill of sale from Langley. When I told him that I received an email that it was coming from Comox, he said he would talk to Ashley and call me back. Marcus called me back and then changed his story and stated he never mentioned it would be coming from Langley on Monday even though my husband was a witness to everything. Even though I wasn't happy with being lied to, Marcus promised the truck would be here today, Friday. We went to pick it up just to find out that they drove it back from Comox therefore there was now 200k on it. We simply asked Marcus if they were willing to offer anything due to the mileage and was told very coldly, you can either take the truck as is or take your money back. I asked to speak with the sales manager and we sat down and explained the situation over. Again, we were told they were not willing to offer anything and you can just go get your money back which we proceeded to do. I asked for the head manager and tried talking to him about what just happened and how bad we were treated and he just sat there shaking his head saying "yep" "yep" "yep". I then was told I could pick up a cheque on Tuesday. I asked where my original cheque was and was told they deposited it. They had no right to do so as this was not a final sale. When I mentioned to the girl at the counter that I would now have to sue for the interest on the cheque, she said it'll cost you more for a lawyer. All around rudeness. I am in total shock that we were treated in this manner. It's not like we were asking for thousands of dollars off, we just simply asked if they were willing to offer anything. All their staff (except Ashley, who had no control over the situation) was completely rude. I cannot believe that an establishment like Nissan would treat their customers in this manner. More

accepts responsibility for staff and honors agreements When a sales rep accepted my offer on a car from from their website, I arranged to come out that day with the check. Before leaving I called to confirm the color, which ended up being unavailable. I suggested three others and waited. It was when I followed up that I discovered the deal had not been authorised. I was appalled and wanted nothing to do with them. Then the business manager, Gurvinder Sandhu called and offered an agreeable figure up front. The next day after signing the documents without any issues, I drove away with the car I wanted in the color I wanted. Gurvinder manages this dealership with honesty and integrity. Customer service at this level deserves both loyalty and recognition. More
they don't take their customer seriously i leased a rogue 1 year ago,recently i got a call from the dealership,ask me to bring in my rogue and get a new lease agreement maybe even for a cheap i leased a rogue 1 year ago,recently i got a call from the dealership,ask me to bring in my rogue and get a new lease agreement maybe even for a cheaper payment(which i don't really expect to be cheaper).i did went there to see what kind of deal they can present me.by the time i went in a sale manager greet me and explain to me that they want to sell my rogue for the market right now,then on second thought maybe it's my lucky day.after i sat down with another sale,next thing i know they try to put 8000 depreciation cost on my next lease agreement!i understand every company try to make money,but i mean really,they try to make good money on my rogue and i pay for the depreciation cost?even more,on my new lease agreement they don't even mention about anything about loyalty dollar discount,i mean look at the nissan website......people soon or later will find out...what kind of tactic is that to approach customer....lastly a sale represent a company,whatever a sale say i will take that as a commitment,if that commitment is not nearly possible then please don't waste my time to come in for this really bad experience!!! More
