Very happy with our car buying experience at Applewood Kia Langley. Brad was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. ( decided on the new 2014 Forte... awesome! ) We also dealt with Bojan. He has been there for years and knows his products. I appreciated that. Very easy to talk to and no pressure. I definately would recommend these two saleman to friends and family. The finance lady and insurance genteman were also very nice to deal with... no complaints at all. Our family have gone for a car shopping since the family vehicle's lease was almost over. After visiting 4 ~ 5 different auto dealers, We have decided to visit the Applewood Langley Kia. This was our very vehicle's lease was almost over. After visiting 4 ~ 5 different auto dealers, We have decided to visit the Applewood Langley Kia. This was our very first visit to the applewood Kia and they treated us ilke VIP. Brad, the sales person was very kind and polite. Dave, the general manager was the most humble manager I've ever seen in any dealerships. They took every single question of ours and took enough time for us to understand every bit. This is one of very few dealership who does not force you to go up to the next trim of the vehicle. I wanted the base model and they had not a single question asking for an upgrade. (Normally, I always get this common phrase such as "well, with only $$$ more monthly payment, you will get this this this and this features) They met the price we were looking for. No hidden charges or what so ever. You get what you've been told. Oh, and I cannot forget to mention their facility. From the first visit, I was bit worried that my two boys (17 month and 3 years old) would give us hard time during the visit. However, they have a second floor where they have a room full of toys and books ! Who would have expected such a facility when visiting a dealership ? (It was air conditioned as well. ) It was a great experience and I would not hesitate a bit to recommend this dealership to any of my close friends. More
