I went to the dealership to just look at used vehicles. I met Alice while looking around the used car lot. I have never bought a vehicle from a dealership and thought she would be pushy but to my surprise s met Alice while looking around the used car lot. I have had a 2007 Escalade since new and purchased it at Roy Foss. A friend of mine suggested Applewood after I told him about some of the circumstances that I experienced at Roy Foss. I had gotten so annoyed that I swore that I would never buy another GM vehicle, especially not from Foss, and definitely not recommend anyone buy a GM vehicle. I called Applewood, booked an appointment and dropped of my car. First thing, they gave me a courtesy car, Foss never does. Later in the day they called me and offered a solution to each complaint, believe me it was a long list. I could go on and on in detail about how much I dislike Foss. I guess because they have so much business they feel they can treat people like cattle. Even now my lease is expiring and when I discussed with them about buying it out how they really made me just want to give it back. I was prepared to go buy a new Cayenne. I'll be keeping it now after Applewood offered me a financing option that helps my circumstances. Let's just say that based on Applewood's service I can recommend this dealership to anyone. The service was excellent, starting right from the time you enter the doors. Competent and friendly staff welcomes you as you enter the building, and it just continues onto the other departments. The issue I had was, that there were undesirable noises in the engine department and the engine check light illuminated. Due to parts availability issues, it took some time to get everything repaired. I was most impressed with the manner this was handled, both professionally and friendly. I was also fortunate, that the vehicle was still under warranty. I have had previous experiences with other dealerships, where the car needed work done under warranty and this was nothing what I have experienced. I give this team big thumb up and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I have had my car back in service for a week now, and has never sounded better. What a great relief. The free coffee and biscuits in the waiting area and the quaint little cafe in the back, really add to the great experience. Keep up the great work team. More

I was going to purchase a high-end motorbike through them, but based on my experience level the sales rep i was working with strongly applewood chev.
