I have been a Cadillac customer, through Applewood Cadillac Mississauga, since past 13+ years. I have had issues with this dealership sales and service teams but they have been resolved except for the Cadillac Mississauga, since past 13+ years. On Oct/27 at 8 AM I took my 2025 Optiq EV for a recall and routine service. Sales advisor, George, informed me that GM has in its maintenance manual has recommended an under carriage wash of every EV vehicle every 6 months. The cost? $ 159+HST. I asked just for a wash the cost is high. I was told that they have to remove the covers and wash the under carriage. Initially I agreed. Upon reaching home I found out that this is an upsell by GM. I called to speak to the service manager Phil Glorioso. After being put on hold for almost 5 minutes was told he is busy and that he will call back. He never called back. One of his customer service reps called and that did not help. I simply wanted to ask how come just to wash UC such high cost. I sent him an email and he responded saying I agreed to the wash and that the service was done at 8:30 AM. He attached a video snap shot that showed technician placing the UC cover on the shop floor and pressure washing. There was no evidence of the UC being washed. Phil's email was devoid of basic courtesy of addressing me by name. I called the dealership GM Tony Patton. His response was even worst. Instead of offering to talk to the service manager he said and I quote "if you are unhappy with sales person Tony and service manager Phil, what is the purpose of your call" unquote. Now this is the GM of a dealership of which I am a 13+ year customer. Talk about customer service. And they claim to be one of the best managed companies. This dealership has no respect for a long standing loyal customer. This is the last time I visited Applewood. They dont deserve my business. More

Bought a 2025 Buick Encore GX and after one week the sound in the vehicle didn’t work and the transmission had to be removed and it needed a new clu Bought a 2025 Buick Encore GX and after one week the sound in the vehicle didn’t work and the transmission had to be removed and it needed a new clutch. Not only was it broken, but it had to stay at the dealership for over three weeks and the sound wasn’t fixed. The sound problem took almost a year to fix. On top of all that we were bullied by the GM of the dealership and bullied by GM customer Care. Absolutely terrible experience. Not only would I never purchase another vehicle from the dealership, I will never buy another GM vehicle. More

When I mentioned that I placed an order at Applewood Auto, an experienced professional in the Auto industry said these words,"Please tell me you are not doing business with these clowns!..." As I review the reviews written by others, it becomes blatantly clear that at least half of the time Applewood Auto fails at meeting the most basic concept of a business transaction - You take money and in exchange you supply a working product. An 8 year old running a lemonade stand understands that concept. I ordered a vehicle that was supposed to be delivered within 6 months - it's been 2 and a half years, and still no vehicle. Incompetence, poor communication skills, lack of ethics ...all these terms apply in abundance and then some. This dealership reflects poorly on GM vehicles. More
Purchased a new Cadillac XT5 in May . 2023. Didn’t receive the vehicle until October 2/23. After 40km it broke down. Towed back to the shop Oct 2 and now Oct 6 and not a word from anyone a 2023. They got my money and don’t seem to give a s—-. I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from Applewood. I have a rental but some communication would help without me having to chase it down More

We recently purchased a 2019 Chrysler 300s . We are very happy with the car . Our Salesman Larry Domenco went above and beyond to make sure any detail were taken care of .Very Professional .
