My wife and I recently visited Angevaare Mazda with the intention of trading in my car for a CX-90 PHEV. Despite the efforts of Ben Ouellette, the Sales Representative, the trade-in value offered was decli intention of trading in my car for a CX-90 PHEV. Despite the efforts of Ben Ouellette, the Sales Representative, the trade-in value offered was declined by his senior peer, Jason. Unfortunately, we were left without any alternatives or options after turning down the initial offer. I appreciate the effort of Ben, but the lack of flexibility and alternatives from the senior staff was disappointing. Hoping for better customer service and more options in the future. More
