I bought a new Nissan Qashqai in 2020 from them (lease with 200km) and I noticed the AC was a bit weak but not bothering to investigate since still doing the job. This summer (2023) the AC became so weak making me sweat at max AC. Brought the car to the dealer, they said need to order parts (condenser and pipe) and meantime they added some freon to make me go till parts come in (BUT NOT signing this in the work papers). After a few delays 'till September (all summer with better AC but still weak) they got me in with parts available BUT THEY SAID the regular freon R1234YF is contaminated with R152A. I didn't add elsewhere this freon or other freon ever - so it's my word against theirs. SO I SAID you either added before I bought the car knowingly the AC issues and added freon sealant OR added at this summer visit. Forced me to go elsewhere to remove it (money, time and stress spent) so they finally solved it without additional charge. BESIDES, Customer Service said it's my fault!!! WHAT CAN I SAY ? the customer is never right! I HOPE GOD WILL MAKE JUSTICE on this!!! Maybe recording any call and gathering all the paper would have helped... VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! NEVER GO THERE and maybe never buy a Nissan! More

I buy winter tires and make appointment/balance at 7265 Martin Grove Rd dealership. My appointment at 1:30 they gave me back my car at 4:30. I totally waitting 3 hrs in store. I drive my car going home after 7 mins my steering wheel keep shake. I call back dealership report. The stuff ask me drive back the car to they're dealership. I told him now is rush hrs and I have go home. Second day morning I called back talk to manager. The manager said we check and drive test and thing is go before give me back my car. I told him they location is far away form my house. He said I can drive my car to the Richmond Hill Nissan dealership check my car. He knows the Manger. I drive 25 mins to there. After 20 mins 2 stuff come out told me. The steering wheels shakeing because the balance didn't fix well. I ask Richmond Hill store send Email and call Nissan woodbridge Manger report the issue direy. I have no idea they said check the car and test driven anythings is good before return the car to me???. The Nissan woodbridge Manger promise call me back October 3/4 but until October 12th. I still didn't receive his call. I called him October 11 after 3pm. He pick up my phone call and said still need 1 more day disgusted with another TM. I can't believe need more than 10 days disgusted with same company stuff. Now is October 12 I still didn't receive his call. I can't receive Trust and promise again form 7265 Nissan woodbridge dealership. Also woodbridge Nissan reviews only show If cx give 5 🌟 the Nissan owner reply the message. If cx give low 🌟 didn't show owner reply. More
2020 Nissan Rogue was having issues with a vibration. Originally had another dealership attempt to address the problem, the experience was extremely painful and the problem was not resolved. Decided to do some research on local Nissan dealerships and decided to try my luck with Alta Nissan, best decision. The service department and technicians did not disappoint. Rather than dispelling the problem and sending me on my way, they persevered until the issue was corrected satisfactorily. Nice work Alta! More
