DISORGANIZED & INEXPERIENCE Purchase a used QX50 on the 2nd Feb this year and still driving around with check engine light, taken the car in for service over 10 times. 1.Purchase the car Friday 2nd Februa 2nd Feb this year and still driving around with check engine light, taken the car in for service over 10 times. 1.Purchase the car Friday 2nd February and return Saturday 3rd for missing driver side mat, the sales guy gave me a dirty one lol 2.Woke up 6th Feb to pool of oil on my driveway, took in for repair 3. 8th February leaking oil again, see included photos. At this point i realize they sold me a lemon. I requested to use the 15 days exchange policy and Khush the sales manager denied it and made up dumb excuses. I even pleaded to trade it in. I called head office and they were not helpful, they said i have full warranty so keep the car($4500 warranty for a lemon with ongoing problems) 4. Constant loose fuel cap light & engine light on, took it back numerous times. Still have engine light, guess it's permanent. Poor gas consumption. 5. Got back the vehicle with no engine noise cover lol 6.Car died twice in March, they replaced battery to fix this. I drove Infiniti for 15 years but the QX50 is faulty(random collision light-front collision sensor, poor gas consumption, engine light-evap leaks, poor braking). Just don't buy Infiniti. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME & MONEY STAY AWAY FROM ALTA INFINITI. 😡 More

I recently brought my car To Alta Infiniti for repair. The steering column was making a loud crunching sound. I had originally taken it to Markham Infiniti but unfortunately they were unable to diagnose The steering column was making a loud crunching sound. Paul is a very experienced mechanic. He is diligent and takes his job seriously. I would highly recommend Paul at Alta Infiniti if you have a problem with your Infiniti and want it repaired. More
