She listened to us, was polite, explained things well, while always making us know we were getting our needs met all the way. Even after our service was done, fantastically and promptly, we called back with a couple of questions and she got back to us with answers in a timely and still so courteously. I think I could have the manners dealt with in my last visit when I had the wheel aligned. The defects should hv been noted by the tech doing the alignment. More
