Poor customer service and quality of work After spending over $1000 for Honda windshield and installation, racallibration only to pick up car, finding out it was sent out for installation. Seal isn't done very well and 2 parts that were pulled off to fit windshield in don't fit properly now. . We were supposed to be contacted back, never were. We are over 1hr away so don't have time to deal with this dealership anymore. Poor service every time we have to go there. More

I talk to the Service Manager Maria, oh May bad SHE WAS HILARIOUS. I went back to the GM to discuss the issue but the did not bother to meet me. I would never recommend to go there, unless you have enough money to waist. I would suggest do Charity if you have but NOT TO ALBERTA HONDA. I READ SIMILAR COMMENTS BY OTHERS TOO. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO MAKE FORMAL COMPLAINTS WITH “HONDA DEALERSHIPS COMPLAINT CENTRE” Otherwise they don’t care for any comments. More

The first was the drivers side door window that seemed to make a lot of noise whilst driving on the highway under windy conditions. The second was a sticking handle for the side opening tail gate. Both issues were corrected and resolved by their service technicians. During the correction of the drivers side window air leakage I had the opportunity to talk with a lovely young lady by the name of Juliet who gave me great advice regarding 2 technical/digital operations of the vehicle that I was having trouble with. Thank you Juliet. I have rated my experiences with Alberta Honda based upon my initial purchase experience (Matthew Dickie) my first service (oil change) experience and my two warranty issues that were resolved professionally. Non genuine in dealing with the customers I bought a used car and while i was doing the service with them they charged me almost 600 dollars coz it included the tire balance and alignment and I bought a used car and while i was doing the service with them they charged me almost 600 dollars coz it included the tire balance and alignment and after that i tried to call to clarify about the reason that why they sold me a car with no tire balance and alignment and how dangerous it could be when using they brake, they promised that they ll study the case and they ll call me back. no one called me back as i waited for 2 weeks. I called them and they informed me that they forwarded it to Mr Foxford and again no one called me back. I am so unhappy and frustrated from the way how the company managed my concerns and definitely i ll never go back to do service again with you because i felt that no one care about our life as a customers More
Don't ever buy a Platinum Shield Propak from Alberta Honda, This is a waste of money. The Propak is to check the diamond coating including rust, the scotch guarding and the undercoat, every 2 years for 5 times. This is a waste of money. The truck wasn't even rinsed off so I don't know how they could check for anything. The second time I was in (2016) they did a bang up job and I have no complaints but I didn't check the undercoating but am assuming that was okay. The third time, 2 weeks ago was terrible. The first thing I noticed was that they had destroyed one of my cupholders. When I talked to some person there, he treated me like I was stupid, a liar or blind and insisted that the damage had happened before I even came in. I have witnesses who know that the part was perfect when I went in. Okay a cupholder is just a cupholder!! Then the truck was making some noise at the tires on the way back. I got the mechanic in Cochrane to put it up on the hoist and he found a big blob of undercoating on one of the tires. (It is still there if anyone wants to see it). He also found that some of the undercoating seems to be missing here and there underneath. Since then I've found a patch of rust on the edge at the bottom of the door opening near the driver's seat. I hope not, but I am beginning to feel that this was a careless job because they wanted to do one of their expensive maintenance checks and I said, "No". I have a licensed mechanic that I take the vehicle to on a regular basis near where I live and I have a file of work orders to prove it. My biggest regret is that I bought this plan in the first place. My second biggest regret is that I have two more check ups to go, otherwise Alberta Honda would never see my face again. More
