Tpms problem Bought 2017 odyssey March 2017. Bought from them winter tire package Nov.2017 with sensors on all wheels. Brought back twice within 3 weeks after sw Bought 2017 odyssey March 2017. Bought from them winter tire package Nov.2017 with sensors on all wheels. Brought back twice within 3 weeks after swap to get Tpms light off. Both times they wanted to charge me for the reset . They did reset for free after i told them they installed the tires recently.Swapped to summer tires last week by myself. Tpms light came on after 2to 3 days not sure when as wife drives it. Brought back to dealer as i thought computer will reset itself to read original tires. Staff says cant reset unless i pay more than 100 dollars to reset or they can do tire swap and reset for 49 which is cheaper. I thought that this system if functioning normally should read the original tires that came with vehicle and since its only over a year old with 20000 km should be under warranty. I was told by Glen to call Honda Canada to see if they will cover it. Which i did and waiting for a resolution. Im dissapointed with the service of Alberta Honda. More

Never will go here again I was given a list of must repair and needed repair soon. I took my car to the service dept on a warranty recall. The service advisor said they would I was given a list of must repair and needed repair soon. I took my car to the service dept on a warranty recall. The service advisor said they would inspect my car free of charge in addition to the recall part replacement which was free of charge as well After the inspection I was told I required a brake fluid flush as existing was gelling. Power steering fluid was dirty and needed a flush, coolant needed a flush, brake service was required and a tune up with valve adjustment was due at 96,000 kms and well past its time . Today I brought my Honda to my trusted mechanic. He also inspected my vehicle a few months ago as I purchased an out of province vehicle. His inspection results of the Alberta Honda list of needs were as follows Brake fluid was normal. He showed me it was not gelling and was in the normal range for water content 1-2%. Power steering fluid was normal with good color, brakes were next to new and about 20,000 kms on existing brake pads, coolant was normal blue color and no flush required and the valve adjustment was not required since my Honda has hydraulic lifters and self adjust. Spark plugs are not required until 160,000 km and I am not there yet and there is no recommendation for replacement at 96,000 kms according to his information. All in all if I have no knowledge or trustworthy mechanic this needless service advise i received from Alberta Honda would likely have cost me $2000 or more. More
got a new car with very little fuss My 2003 Honda Odyssey was starting to need lots of expensive repairs. I spoke to the service advisor when I was paying my latest repair bill. I said I My 2003 Honda Odyssey was starting to need lots of expensive repairs. I spoke to the service advisor when I was paying my latest repair bill. I said I was looking to trade in. He quickly went to the sales department and came back to tell me there was a 2015 Honda Odyssey Touring which had been under lease and was up for sale. I took it out for a short drive in the ABH parking lot. Then returned home to bring my husband back for a test drive. He uses a wheelchair so we need a van. We liked it, were given a trade in value on our 2003 van and bought it The saleswoman Sanyda Sar was very helpful and told me I could come back any time for further instruction on this van as lots have changed since 2003. It was very easy to make this change as otherwise we would have had to go to several car dealerships and that is extra hard for my husband in his wheelchair. More
