Bad Customer Service We had our CRV detailed last April 1 of this year and was not satisfied as cupholders we’re not cleaned and there are dust everywhere plus we realized our mats we’re not returned April 1 of this year and was not satisfied as cupholders we’re not cleaned and there are dust everywhere plus we realized our mats we’re not returned when we came home. We followed up several times on Danielle but it took her a month to finally arrange for its delivery. Have updated our address when we had the service and have reminded her several times that our address had changed so she knows where to send those mats. Again have reminded her again a day before it’s scheduled delivery and still it was delivered in wrong address. Very disappointed and not satisfied. More

Brought my van in for oil change and to put my summer tires on and thought I’d treat myself to a detailing of my grimy minivan. They took such care in cleaning they even did the glove compartment and every little hidden spot. Will definitely be coming back twice a year to have them switch my tires and do a deep cleaning!!!
