My children were with us (young boys) through the entire experience and they were able to roam around and explore the dealership and entertain themselves without being considered a burden. The buying experience involved little stress and I always felt that I was being treated with respect. My husband and I will absolutely be back if we plan to purchase another Honda and hope that Chad will still be there. We decided on the Pilot and he took the time to help me understand the features of the trim levels and the add on's available to make sure I got a car that would meet my needs now, be safe in all driving conditions and grow with my family. After the delivery of my car I returned to Alberta Honda to have my Winter Tires put on, and my car starter installed and was very happy with the service department experience as well. The dealership itself is so bright and welcoming from the second you walk through the door, and I never once felt pressured or rushed.
