Terrible service. I’m sure we got ripped off by these people. They said we needed to get our timing belt replaced on our 2016 Pilot. We paid over $1500 and when we got the “old” belt back, it looked li people. They said we needed to get our timing belt replaced on our 2016 Pilot. We paid over $1500 and when we got the “old” belt back, it looked like new belt that someone just poked holes and slit with a knife!! We bought the full extended warranty when we purchased our Pilot we still can’t use it because every time an issue came.up, this dealer found a way out of using the warranty so we always have to pay for the repair. Stay away from this dealership!! More

I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Giovanni Baldassarre on my last purchase in Sept 2020, and he was awesome and very accommodating when I bought the vehicle, very professional. Giovanni fits in great with all the rest of the Alberta Honda Staff, who are also very professional. This is my favorite Honda Dealership. I recommend anyone looking for a Honda vehicle to Stop in and Ask for Gio. More

My mom bought a 2019 CRV from AB Honda, was called to bring it in for a minor recall. She brought the car in, and part of the recall was that they needed to do an oil change. Today I made an appointment with Mike to test a 2019 Passport. He new I was coming, and apparently the key box was malfunctioned so keys were hard to access. But somehow he did manage to get the keys for the 2019 Passport which he said was his managers, BUT all the lane departure and adaptive cruze control was not working, and the inside was a mess. So I declined taking that one out. So then he went on the hunt for another unit to test to come back 10 minutes later saying he couldn't make it happen and I better go buy a Kia Telluride. ( I mentioned I was also looking at those) SO I WILL DO JUST THAT !! This is the second Honda dealership I have gone to and this one tops it off as being the worst. Mike didn't even try to arrange another time for me to come back. I guess car sales are so good they don't give a crap ? During covid I would think just the opposite. More

This guy called me up to complain about me buying a new vehicle from a rival salesman at his dealership, like I owed him something because I spoke to him first. This was my first new car purchase. Excellent Experience Overall Nobody likes going car shopping to dealerships, no one! Usually you are bombarded by 1, 2 or 3 hungry looking salesman who want your business yet know Nobody likes going car shopping to dealerships, no one! Usually you are bombarded by 1, 2 or 3 hungry looking salesman who want your business yet know nothing about the product they are trying to sell. My experience with Alberta Honda was beyond any experience I have ever had with a dealership. Richard was the salesman that first greeted us and he was never pushy and was knowledgable about the vehicle. Even when I told him that I was going to take a look at one more dealership before making my decision he allowed me to leave with no qualms or negative comments that I won't find anything better than what he could offer. Once my purchase was complete Richard made sure that my new Honda Civic was detailed filled with gas and 100% perfect condition for me to take home. I made a joke while discussing price the previous day that he should be throwing in a Honda hat or jacket for me and he surprised me with a hat and water bottle just before I was about to drive off! Richard, management, financing ( Kumar), the car detail guy, everyone at Alberta Honda are a positive, knowledgeable and energetic bunch of great people that go above and beyond to make the customers happy. I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a vehicle new or used. More
