Incredible service I have never enjoyed buying a car like I did at Albert Honda. Living 5 hours away made it difficult to know what kind of car I wanted, but from the moment I called tony I felt comfortable that he was gonna get me the right fit. The biggest thing I found was that I wasn't spammed with 20 calls a day(unlike every other dealer) but on that note he was super easy to get ahold of! Best service I've received all my life More

We found our perfect car My husband and I were looking for a car that could meet our needs and satisfy both of us. We came to Alberta Honda after going through so many dealer My husband and I were looking for a car that could meet our needs and satisfy both of us. We came to Alberta Honda after going through so many dealerships already. Tired of talking to people that could just not convince us and help us find what we needed. We contacted before hand one of the sales executive, Harp, once we got there and dedicated a bit of time to let him read what we were looking for, he got us what we actually needed. He was so patient and and showed us the car that suit my husband and got what I also wanted in it. We bought a Honda Civic Hatchback 2017. What I have to commend about Harp is that he was so personal, patient and got straight away what we both wanted in a car. We need to thank Harp for this, if it wasn't for him we would 've probably given up on the search for a car and probably end up buying something we didn't really like or cover our needs, because we couldn't be bother anymore Definitely recommend Alberta Honda and specially Harp. Worst techs ever After a disappointing sales experience in 2008 my Honda broke down at only 129000km. I didn't purchase from Alberta Honda because off the snakey salesman but it was the closest dealership to get the car to when it broke down. Turns out the transmission failed at such low KM even though there was a recall on the software for my crv of that year Honda Canada said they would do nothing for me because I was 1 year out of my extended warranty even though I was 31000km under it. The dealership covered the part and I covered the labour thought that was great until 1700km later when the rebuilt transmission they told me was new, liars, failed they then asked me if I was towing with the car that doesn't have a hitch or tow package on it, well done smart guy. They also did $900 worth of unnecessary valve adjustments and Eco flush and 2600km later my family was left stranded in another city with a burnt exhaust valve to the tune of $4000 which they refused to help with even though I had proof the valve was over tightened in the service. They tried to say it was a maintenance issue even though I have all records of full service and maintenance done at Honda. I will never buy another honda over priced unreliable and will never take my current Honda to Alberta hondas untrustworthy techs!!!!! More

The problem I have is with the people in the service department. I always call Honda to double check when I need to come in for service, usually call every 5000 km. I was told at 20000km I needed my B2 service, I called to make an appointment. I got on the phone with a women that had no idea what she was talking about because she told me that I don't need my service until 40000km. I told her to double check my profile to make sure, she said she did(but who knows) she then proceeded to tell me @ 40000km. So I believed her. Then last weekend I went for a oil change. I was talking to one of the advisors and he told me that I was almost 12000km over due for my b2 service. At this point I was disappointed because I said I called to book in for a appointment for this at 20000km and the lady told me that I wasn't even Close to that. then the advisor expected me to leave my car there for the service. he was being extremely pushy and I said no because I had plans on Friday and I needed a car and of course they never have spares for there customers. After the service that I got done my oil change I got into my car and started driving away. Once I got on the highway, I looked down at my oil and it said 15%. At this point I was mad. I called and freaked out and they told me that the computer needed to be reset they forgot to do that. They did do the oil change because I reset the computer and actually looked to make sure the oil was changed. The amount of money that I gave to this dealership I expect them to do an oil change properly and not a below average job. I shouldn't of had to reset the computer, it should of been done. If you plan on taking your car here for service make sure you watch the service department. They aren't trust worthy and you pretty much have to legit watch them do there job. I will not be going back to this dealership for service. More

One of Alberta Honda sales person sent me a quote and since I was passing in front of it, I decide to stop by. I asked for the sales person that sent me the quote, since it wasn't there, the Manager introduced me to another one. The sales man was really nice, everything was going well, till we came back from the test drive and he gave me the price for it. He knew I had contact them, but he gave a price that it was $46.00 more a month than the other sales person gave me by email, I confused the numbers and thought it was $30.00 higher, so I ask him why the $30 difference. He excuse himself to go talk to the sales manager and came back with a dollar difference. Right I knew there was a problem, I knew they were trying trick me, so I said to them that I would come back. I left, look at the emails and saw that the numbers was actually lower, and they where the highest price of all dealers. In other words, if you don't know prices elsewhere, these guys will sell you a vehicle way above price. Not cool, not at all. That same day I bought a higher model at the dealer that had the best price, and stick with it when I can by. More
My credit is destroyed and they walked with alot of money I have 3 different bills of sale for one vehicle from this place. One I was sent home with and another that was sent to the bank that I had them mail I have 3 different bills of sale for one vehicle from this place. One I was sent home with and another that was sent to the bank that I had them mail me a copy of because the bank said theirs had something stroked out with an initial above it that was not mine. The VIN # on the bill of sales was for a Larado and the name of vehicle being sold was a Trailhawk. The one the bank had has Trailhawk stroked out with Jeep written in. The 3rd one is one with no signatures, that they gave me when I went in and asked for the copy they have on file. There finance team slipped 2 bills of sale into the paper shuffle I was signing and Alberta Honda says not there problem because I had previous dealings with the salesman. Is true I met the salesman at another establishment but I went to Alberta Honda where this man was employed, and sat with the Alberta Honda finance team I have never delt with before. But because Alberta Honda fired them all after the fact they say not there problem..I signed the papers..to bad I was told. I have a bill of sale saying I was purchasing a 2016 grande Cherokee trailhawk for $73000.00 and was given a $30000 Larado. I was told by the manager of Alberta Honda that since I delt with the salesman at a previous establishment and since he fired him and finance team it's not his problem. I asked who got the money and he chuckled that Alberta Honda did. I have a vehicle now that if a deer runs out in front of and the vehicle gets wrote off the insurance company would only cover vehicle value of so I'd still owe about $45000.00 for so in other words I can't even afford to drive it. In my personal opinion and experience with Alberta Honda I feel they do not protect the costumer from the employees wrongful doings and instead take the money and pass the buck. More
