WORST DEALERSHIP EVER I have been a customer for Alberta Honda for over 5 years. I took my car for repair and detailing on August 21. I picked the car on Saturday August 25 I have been a customer for Alberta Honda for over 5 years. I took my car for repair and detailing on August 21. I picked the car on Saturday August 25 but i realized before leaving the compound the eject button for the Cd was missing. I made u turn and informed the problem Melisa the service advisor and she told me to come back on Monday August 27 so they can order the part for me. I went to dealership today and i was asked if i have a proof? I have been bringing my Crv since 2014 for service at Alberta Honda did i asked for parts missing before? why know? I filed complaint with BBB and i will go public with my story and seek legal action if the issue is not resolved immediately. My advise to others PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ALBERTA HONDA,they rip you off.Common man/woman has no place in their businesses. I loved and driven Honda for a long time but due dishonest dealership i am done with Honda. SHAME ON ALBERTA HONDA. More
