I am comparing all of the vehicles in this segment and if I choose Honda, I will go back to Sanyda with 100% certainty. A review of a salesperson is highly dependent on who they're dealing with so I'll start with a little about myself: I'm good with numbers (Engineer), I primarily shop online (busy) and I've been told that I'm hard to read (sarcastic). If that's you too then find Sanyda. I didn't even commit to buying a car and I'm taking the time to write this review, which I think is indicative of the positive experience that I had. We met, shook hands and had a brief discussion surrounding the differences between the EX and EX-L. At this point in my car-shopping journey, I can spot people winging it and Sanyda did not. She went into the weeds with me and explained the Honda Sensing package's behaviour from when it kicks in, to what degree and how it could augment my current habits. She also helped me work through some of the deciding factors in determining whether the EX or EX-L was more suited to my wants vs. needs. Sanyda also helped me understand some of the features that I had admittedly overlooked. In the end, I came away with a better understanding of the vehicle and the models. This has been my third Honda dealership and I finally feel like I have the answers to my questions. The manager was Alex and he was straightforward as well. No gimmicks, just straight talk, which I really appreciated. Again, a very positive interaction that will see me recommending this dealership to others in the market for a Honda. Update: We did end up purchasing the CR-V. Similar sales experience to the above. Nothing overbearing. No pressure tactics to get me add something that I wasn't interested in. Very happy to recommend this dealership and Sanyda to my friends and family. More
