Moe and his team were very knowledgeable about their products and services, and everyone was very easy to talk to. At no point during my experience did I feel any "sales pressure to buy" as would get from most dealerships. This dealership had an atmosphere of feeling like home, and you would definitely see that from all the smiles and sincere greetings from all the staff. They all made me feel like one of the family. My five year old daughter also loved all the candies and balloons from both Moe and Ray. These two guys are amazing at entertaining my daughter so that I could have time to shop for my vehicle. I would also like to thank Moe, Alex, Justin, and anyone that I missed on the day of my pick up of my Pilot. They all stayed late after business hours, and made sure that everything from all the paperwork to showing me how the DVD player works was to my satisfaction. A pretty good experience We had tried two other dealerships prior to contacting Alberta Honda looking for a used 2014 CR-V EX without any luck. When I contacted the above dealership to enquire the answer was straight and to the point "Yes, we do". We paid a visit and were greeted by Trung Nyguyen who listened to our presentation as to what we were looking for, the information we had acquired about price and the trade-in value of our car. Generally, my experience buying cars has been up there with having a tooth pulled; this time the whole situation was kept at a professional level. Trung was respectful, listened carefully to what we had to say and went out of his way to help us. The whole sales process was positive and the final financial procedure was handled well by Ray Tarrabain. More

I ran into him at the car show and mentioned we were looking for a new truck. He said he may not have any Honda trucks but he had a couple used ones and he could send me some pictures on Monday and we could set up an appointment to come take a look. He followed up the Monday with a couple vehicles. We went to look not expecting much as my husband was mostly interested in the Ford F150s but really liked the Dodge Ram that we took a test drive for. They were able to negotiate a good price that worked within our budget. We did end up going to two other dealerships and had terrible experiences and one couldn't match the offer we were getting so we ended up back at Alberta Honda and purchasing the vehicle that day. We didn't originally plan on buying one that day but it was an excellent vehicle and excellent service that made us very happy. Ray was also very good explaining all the paperwork and making sure it was all done that day. He went through all our questions that we had and was able to find the right extended warranty that fit within our budget and would work for us. He also recommended an insurance company that was able to call us that day and provide us with a quote. We had such a great experience at Alberta Honda that we will definitely be back when it comes time to replace our other vehicle. More

Stepping up to the plate I had a lot of problems with the old staff.
