Recommend! I bought my very first car at Alberta Honda. I was not fully convince to get the car anymore but, I decided to go down there to check the car once aga I bought my very first car at Alberta Honda. I was not fully convince to get the car anymore but, I decided to go down there to check the car once again to make sure I made a right decision. I was supposed to buy the Honda HRV EX but end up buying HONDA HRV EX-L NAVI which is the fully loaded version of HRV EX. Martin Song was kind to show me the HRV EX and let me do the test drive. He told me the difference between HRV EX and HRV EX-L NAVI. I like that he did not force me to buy the EX-L NAVI. He let me decide for myself which one I would like best. I know some dealers would insist you to get a much expensive vehicle just to get more money but, I was happy that he told me the difference between two models and work with the price that will suit for my budget. Ray Tarrabain is the Finance Manager that assist me on getting the finance and was kind enough to answer all my question even I know he was busy. I appreciate that he call and email me back every time I have a question. I would definitely recommend Alberta Honda for first time buyer. More

Almost choked when I saw the final bill The people were friendly but the service advisor was not knowledgable about the mechanical issues. Two things you should be aware of before taking you The people were friendly but the service advisor was not knowledgable about the mechanical issues. Two things you should be aware of before taking your car to a dealer for out of warrantee repairs. One, They charge about $150 per hour to diagnose the problem. This fee is added to the final repair. Two, there is a shop fee of $50 which is not mentioned until you are ready to pay. Be sure to ask lots of questions when they give you the estimate. When they called me with the estimate I got the impression that the exhaust manifold needed to be changed. Turns out it was a manifold gasket and catalyst shield. The final bill including the oil change was $631.30. I wouldn't feel so bad if the person had the ability to explain what was done to my van and why. More

Alex did a great job in making us satisfied with our new crv sales people were great but I have some concerns about the service department. Brought car home and checked oil and found the drain plug leaking. This sales people were great but I have some concerns about the service department. Brought car home and checked oil and found the drain plug leaking. This should have been checked on pre delivery. Then the low tire pressure indicator came on, took it back to them and mechanic said he checked tire pressure and reset indicator. Six blocks away indicator came back on. Took it home and checked tire pressures myself and found four pound variance. Recharged all four tires to same pressure and reset indicator. Now working good. I would really question the maintenance shops capability. More
