Excellent Service I bought my 2015 Honda CR-V from Alberta Honda. A week ago, I stepped into Alberta Honda for a test drive and Sam gave me a test drive, which made me I bought my 2015 Honda CR-V from Alberta Honda. A week ago, I stepped into Alberta Honda for a test drive and Sam gave me a test drive, which made me fall in love with the car. He explained to me how to utilize every feature on the car. When I was done, I went home and couldn't stop thinking about the car. Sam told me that take your time to think about it, if you love the car, you are welcome to come on Wednesday where we will be having our VIP car sales day. Sam never pressured me to buy the car. During the week, I tried 4 different cars and wanted to buy Nissan Rogue 3 times and every single time when I was about to sign the documents II thought about Honda CR-V. On Saturday, October 24, 2015, I went back to Alberta Honda and Sam was very friendly and even asked me why I didn't come on Wednesday for the big sale. But at the same time he said he is going to try his level best to get for me the best price for the car. Sam was very friendly and offered me pizza before giving me a good deal for the Honda CR-V. He took his time to go through the car features and made me smile even though I was really grumpy. I am happy with the car and will definately recommend my friends to go see Sammy the 3 fingers!!!! FYI: When I finished signing my papers on Saturday, I was not able to get insurance. But, Sam and Ray offered to pay for my rental until Monday when I pick up my car. More

Excellent service I recently went to Alberta Honda to purchase a Honda HR-V. I had already done my research on the vehicle and I thought I knew my stuff on it. Upon ent I recently went to Alberta Honda to purchase a Honda HR-V. I had already done my research on the vehicle and I thought I knew my stuff on it. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Vinny and he showed me things about the vehicle that I didn't even know about. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle. Then I met with Justin in Finance to discuss my payment options. Justin was very helpful. He took time to explain the payment process, the monthly payments and the interest rates. He also went over additional services for the vehicle like extended service coverage, 3M protection and undercoat protection. All in all, it was a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from Alberta Honda. I was expecting something different because my last car buying experience from another dealership didn't go as smooth as this one did. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is buying a vehicle. More

It even took me almost a month to make a decision to buy, but when I went back he was patient & willing to make a deal that would suit my needs. I bought a new HR-V EX, and waited almost 5 weeks for it to arrive but it was well worth the wait! They even helped me set up a pick up date while I was on vacation! After two and a half months of owning the car I am extremely happy :) All the staff at Alberta Honda we're very accommodating & I definitely recommend seeing Adam!! More

A wonderful experience! I had two things I wanted in a vehicle: a good vehicle in the winter and easy to turn when parking! The Honda Pilot is the perfect vehicle. David let I had two things I wanted in a vehicle: a good vehicle in the winter and easy to turn when parking! The Honda Pilot is the perfect vehicle. David let us know about the way the tires pull independently (awesome for winter driving) and also how the frame of the vehicle is made to take an impact of a collision. We test drove it with David and then he let us take it home to try it with the whole family. The road noise was so minimal that I could hear the kids talking when they were in the thrid row seats , even on the highway! Then there was the camera on the side mirror and the steering wheel which let you know when you were drifting out of the lane! Oh, and of course, don't forget the heated seats! David was friendly, easy to talk to , knowledgeable and make us feel very comfortable. Thank you David for all the great experience! More

HAted it. Will never recommend it. I just hated the experience. I went there to just check out the real deal in showroom after my online search. i just meet a random sales person and le I just hated the experience. Then came the pricing stuff and he said around 44k for a crv touring model. i was a little skeptical and searched online again on my phone and said that see the retail price is quite less. He got confused and went inside to see the manager. The manager came and said that yes we are having the price over the retail bcos the car is in huge demand and we have only 2-3 left in stock. They really thought i was a fool must have bcos i know where they keep all of their stock. Anyways ii just said thats absurd. Its against the company rules specially when you are caught red handed by a customer. And it didnt sopped there when we were leaving the sales agent said that (with an attitude) its our wish if we want to sell car or not and to whom. My god those lines said by this sales person named TONY will ever be in my head. And whatever happens i will never recommend Alberta Honda to anyone ever. This thing happened around a month back and after that i went to many dealerships but none of them had this kind of attitude... More
