My wife and I weren't sure what to expect on a busy Honda Canada VIP Event evening, but senior salesman David Gniazdowsky and Vinny in Finance made it very comfortable (even with a trade-in) by answering our many, many questions, and coming up with a favorable price for both our trade-in and the new vehicle that we were pleased with. (Actually, that evening we were not planning to purchase. We came in to look at numbers for a future purchase). David and Vinny honored their word throughout the negotiations and that made a very big impression with us (even when it wasn't the most favorable for the dealership). They even stayed late with us that evening! Sometimes purchasing a new vehicle can be a 'greasy' experience, but not in this case! We will not hesitate in recommending AB Honda to anyone. As an Account Manager and sales person myself I am typically looking for a consultative and efficient approach when buying a vehicle. I would definitely recommend asking for David when you are shopping for a Honda. He took the initiative to give me a call and advise me that there was an excellent deal coming up and took the necessary time to listen to what I needed for a trade in etc... He got me in the right car and focused on all of the features that mattered to me. I usually dread sitting the finance chair but I dealt with Vince this time and he was excellent. Again very efficient and did his job to advise me of the extras but realized that I knew what I wanted and we moved on. Bjorn helped me install the car seat and also gave me a parting gift - always a nice touch. In short call David and he will definitely help you out. More
