What stood out for us was Lorraine was knowledgeable, courteous and tuned in to our needs, She is bright and intelligent and made the buying process a great experience. The manager, Alex, is also excellent. He gave the impression from the outset that his role was to actually win our business. This is rare in my experience. He came up with a trade in option that really suited our needs and then helped us with some extra touches that just underlined we were at the right dealership. Ray in Finance finished it all off with courtesy and efficiency. My wife picked up her car yesterday and couldn't be happier. More

Only Miss Lorraine got an approval for me in Edmonton. When I am finally ready to get the car, I don't have a ride. She offered and picked me up in Saskatchewan then drive home with a car. I'm new at work buy they got me approved with 60 days no payments. I really appreciate all her help, the headache is gone, now I can settle in Canada. She took an extra mile to help me. Kim also advised me about how credit works and discuss the numbers really well. Job well done to Lorraine and Kim. More

When I said I will rather give my business to Go Honda who offered me $40 off without any bargain he said "I believe you are taking advantage of my kindness" It just pissed me off and I refused to do any business with them even if they offered me a lower price than Go Honda More

When picking up the car late in the day, the car was covered in dust, as well as having scratches that I noticed only after driving home. I email Terry about the scratches, and he indicated that we will talk to service to schedule me; I received no calls. In a couple days, I did receive a call about a recall on the engine for my brand new civic. I then asked about the scratches and they said they will take a look at it. The recall was supposed to take a day, however took two days to look at, and the scratches were not addressed. No information was provided. I emailed on this issue, and no response. Additionally, I had emailed Terry on a couple other things, including pricing on floor mats, and a contact for customization. But again no response. tl:dr, friendly, but they seem too busy to respond to emails. I had no issues with the Finance Manager, Justin, he was friendly, and did respond to my emails. More

Unfair treatment and unexplained charge I took my Honda pilot for airbag recall. The customer service associate asked me to pay for the unauthorized inspection, which I did not ask for. The lady over the desk threaten me to not to release my car until I pay and she told me to go home without my car. I left my kids at home and I have to rush home. I tried to explain to her, and to another guy,who told me, he is the in charge person for the day. Nobody was willing to listen to my concern and they tried to twist my complain. It was a straight lie but I have no option because if I leave the car there and go home, it gonna cost me more. I was not happy the way they are trying to make me pay for their fault. I have been their customer for a while but I was so disappointed and they just robbed me in the day light. This is my second time to disappoint me. Last year I took the same car for service and the tech scratched my car on the derivers side. I showed them and they just pained the scratch,which was removed after a week. I paid about couple of hundreds to fix that in other place More

They explained to them car features and answered their questions. When they had problems with some of the English terms, Sanyda brought in another dealer (Richard) who could help explain things in Chinese. After being sold the CRV, they gave Sanyda a call, and she helped them set up the navigation system too. My parents said it was an enjoyable and trouble-free experience, which isn't something they ever use to describe car dealerships! From hearing that, I'd definitely recommend this location! More
