Overall good experience Came in to look for a vehicle, and was directed to Matt first. He sat us down and we mentioned that we would like to look at the new civic 2018-2019 Came in to look for a vehicle, and was directed to Matt first. He sat us down and we mentioned that we would like to look at the new civic 2018-2019 models. He sighed and pointed to where the floor models were and said "There they are, go ahead and look." He gave us the impression that we were wasting his time. Then Naomi took over, she was very helpful and accommodating. She went over the in and outs the civic and accord. Was very knowledgeable! We then settled on a used accord, and a few days later had some difficulties starting the engine. We brought it back to the dealership and Naomi went above and beyond to help us with our situation. She set some things up to accommodate for the lack of a vehicle while it was in service and kept in contact to make sure everything was good. More

We negotiated price and some benefits on my behalf. I felt comfortable for what I got at the end. They even made arrangements to change my winter tires from the old vehicle to the new one at no extra cost. While I waited They lended me a loan car for me to do the update of my registration car and have some lunch. Chad, Naomi and Will were very helpful with the process of the sale. Chad had the time to explain every single detail of the car and made sure all my questions and requests were met. I totally recommend this dealership. More
