Poor Communication Purchased a vehicle I never thought would be in my budget! Salesmen new I was struggling with a competitor vehicle I 100% loved, But stuck with Ho Purchased a vehicle I never thought would be in my budget! Salesmen new I was struggling with a competitor vehicle I 100% loved, But stuck with Honda as in the end they are more patient, more reasonable/accommodating. Is it bad to say, i took the safe choice instead of loving vehicle inside out? Had a hiccup in the finance room as the info or deal worked out was wrong. I guess the notes misinterpreted while the salesman and the involved manager was off work to confirm. I felt I needed time to crunch numbers more, maybe consider used vehicle, versus rushing into something. But it was made right on the sales and finance end. I did not enjoy the General manager phoning and the -‘strongly worded”’discussion on his end when I started to maybe request vehicle deposit back after the first finance process .... yeah I was disapppointed, along with tired after my work day and embarrassed on how did I misunderstand such a big detail of the sale. But I never committed/initialed proposed deal, or sign anything to buy the vehicle. Unlike the way he worded things to me breaking contract, being not fair and rude to walk away now. ?? But yes there was a mistake and I am glad I did not let that manager pressure me to sign the wrong papers! This is the one person I would say beware of and is why I can’t give 5 stars to this place. No one else pressured me and disrespected me like this manager did. More
