Decent service. Accommodating. One area that cam be adjusted is the turn around time to service a vehicle. As soon as the vehicle us done the customer should be info Accommodating. As soon as the vehicle us done the customer should be informed and not have to wait until after 5pm to come agent their car. At that point, there is no one in the service department so if there is an issue or concern it cannot be dealt with right away and customer has to come back at another day. More

Waited to post, as I got a second opinion. On Dec 24th there was extreme cold and snow. After driving for 10min I turned on my defroster and the windshield cracked. Took my car in and the ad On Dec 24th there was extreme cold and snow. After driving for 10min I turned on my defroster and the windshield cracked. Took my car in and the advisor (Tina Afonso) told me they would do a water test to see if it was a rock chip. When picking up my car, the test was not done , Tina just decided there was a rock chip. My car was already parked outside . I asked her to show me, she disregarded me and said she checked under the wiper and it’s a rock chip. Funny, there is no rock chip and 2024 HRVs have had recalls for windshields. Took it into a small shop in St.Albert, no rock chip. I’m sure the Honda advisors are highly skilled mechanics :) More
