My husband and I have owned 6 Toyota vehicles over the last 40 years. All of our prior experiences were in Ontario and they were all fully satisfactory. We moved to Vancouver Island just over a year ago and were lucky enough to choose Alberni Toyota as our go to dealer. It happens to be the closest to us but there are three within an easy drive. The service Alberni Toyota provides is exceptional. I thought maybe we just lucked in the first day and everyone was on their game but here we are a year later, still shaking our heads at what a pleasure it is to do business with them. The facility has been thoughtfully designed with client comfort in mind - a dedicated and convenient entrance for service where you drive right up and are taken care of, and inside while you wait, there are multiple lounging spaces, reading material, a TV, wifi, beverage options and very clean washrooms. The service staff are happy, friendly, professional and efficient. They appear to actually enjoy what they do. At the end of our appointment our vehicle was returned to us washed, vacuumed, and ready to go. So glad to own a Toyota and so happy with Alberni Toyota for service! More

Poor service. My Mom went here for an oil change and there is a lot of extra charge on the invoice that they did not do. Like charging for a windshield washer? When we check the vehicle it was not fille there is a lot of extra charge on the invoice that they did not do. Like charging for a windshield washer? When we check the vehicle it was not filled! Called back the service manager Chris and all he told us was if you want refund come back here. That’s not the point; the point is the dishonesty of this department! I wouldn’t recommend Toyota Alberni for your car needs. More

Tundra 2014 I bought my used Tundra in July of this year from Alberni Toyota. Great dealership and staff. Wynita was my sales lady she was awesome.
