Rear bumper protector installation Originally the bumper protector was to be installed in the morning - however, upon inspection the installer noticed that it was slightly damaged. I was contacted immediately (I was at home) and given the option of waiting a few more hours for another protector to be delivered - which I accepted, with the caveat that I needed my vehicle by 3:00pm. The service advisor contacted me again at 2:00pm to tell me that the job would take a few more hours and offered to provide me with a loaner vehicle - which, once again, I accepted, thereby allowing me to run a few errands. The job was completed by 5:00pm and I'm happy with the result - and the excellent service. More
