Great Service I have been thinking about getting a vehicle for my husband for his 50th birthday. But I have been a proud owner of a Mazda for over 5 yrs so my husband visted Ajax Mazda and it was just a casual visit nothing seriouis as his birthday is not until October. He was greeted by a young man that was so pleasant not "pushy" who was on his way out but took the time to explain options to my husband and told my husband when he was ready to come back. My husband was very impressed that he took the time and he was so pleasant even when he knew he was not going to make a sale. My husband told me about the experience. I work in a Service industry and customer loyalty means a lot to me. I met with Duane and I know why my husband was so pleased. He was pleasant, graceful, caring, compasionate and made you feel like you were at home just blowing the breeze with your best friend. It was indeed a pleasure. I have always been proud to be a Mazda owner but I will always make sure I share my experience I had with Duane to everyon I come in contact with. Duane took the time to show me a couple different models and once I had decided on the CX5 he not only took the time to explain all the features of the car, but the sale process as well. There was a small issue with a crack in the paint on the bumper of the car and Duane took care of the problem immediately with no cost or inconvenience to myself.
