No one but reception will talk to you I spend 30 mins waiting for someone from the service department to talk to me since I had left a message and no one got back to me. Altaf Hussain was my sales guy and was very atten I recently bought a 2017 Maxda CX9 from Ajax Mazda and I am very happy with the service and vehicle. He was with another customer when I went in so I was impressed that he was able to efficiently deal with myself and the other customers without feeling neglected. From the very start, Engelo was extremely helpful. Financially, my options were limited; but, he had excellent knowledge and gave me all of my options with confidence. There was no pressure whatsoever to accept his advice, but I did. His service was outstanding and I highly recommend this dealership as well as Engelo. I received everything I was promised and I'm driving my vehicle within days of my purchase and loving my new car. More
Overly Underwhelmed Overall I have felt mixed emotions with this dealership. To begin, upon the first time entering the dealership with my mother and I, to look into purc Overall I have felt mixed emotions with this dealership. To begin, upon the first time entering the dealership with my mother and I, to look into purchasing a new vehicle, our sales representative who we were meeting with during the whole process was giving us more information regarding financing the vehicle and during the offer process informed us that he "didn't have access to any sort of mark up information on the vehicle" and to essentially name our price for the offer, which I knew was a bit fishy. Upon returning to the dealership 2 days later to purchase the vehicle I brought the rest of my family with me, including my father, and upon discussing final pricing, the sales representative brought open a spreadsheet with all the markup information on each vehicle in the dealership to show the male member in my family. This process really made my mother and I extremely offended as we were essentially lied to, and treated as if two women could just be brushed off. Next, upon sitting down with the financial advisor, we were told that we would receive a call from the advisor that afternoon once we left to dealership to be informed as to whether or not I had been approved for the loan, or if a co-signer was needed. Our family received zero phone calls following up from the dealership for an entire week, until we had to personally phone ourselves the day before picking up the car to see if the process had gone through. Next, upon picking up the brand new car, the included navigation and all weather floor mats that were included in the deal were not in the car. So I was instructed to return to the dealership the next day to pick them up at my convienence. Slightly annoying since it is a brand new vehicle and I would expect everything to be prestine upon arrival, but what can you do. Upon driving the car off the lot I noticed that my side view mirror began to vibrate, distorting the image at high speeds. I returned the car to the service centre upon picking up my floor mats and was told that they would replace the entire side mirror free of charge, which was fine, but interesting that even on a new vehicle I had to send it in for repairs within the first 2 days. I was told that when the parts were in I would receive a phone call to book an appointment. 2 weeks had gone by and still no phone call, but I received a call from my sales representative the morning at the 2 week mark informing me to fill out the review survey in my email, I informed the sales rep that I still was waiting on my mirror to be fixed, and he proceeded to say that he will check into it for me and follow up. At the end of the day I still had not received any follow up call, so I personally phoned the service department, where they put me on hold for a fair amount of time and then told me that the parts weren't in and they would call me when they were, I asked for a timeline to get a rough estimate, and the worker told me to call back if I don't hear anything by the end of the week. The following day I receive a phone message telling my to call and book an appointment as my parts had arrived. I called back and was put on hold for a fair amount of time as it seemed that the worker could not find my parts, I was then transferred to another worker who was not informed by the previous person that my parts had arrived, and went and checked themselves. Scheduled an appointment and brought in my car, all was fine. I was called to inform me that my car was ready to be picked up, I came back to the dealership 30 minutes later, and I was told that "my car was just going through the wash and should be out in a few minutes", so I was told to wait in reception where someone would come grab me when the car was ready (even though I was called 30 minutes earlier to say that my car was ready for pick-up) 30 minutes went by and no one came to grab me, so I went back out to service and asked them where my car was. A few workers went out trying to look for my car and eventually they said it was parked outside and everything had been fixed. All in all I just felt that the whole process of purchasing a new vehicle from Ajax Mazda was sub-par, and unorganized at times, with important follow up calls overlooked and delivery standards on a new vehicle underwhelming. Hopefully in the future there will be a solution to these issues and all can be resolved for future clientele. More

We dealt with Peter who bent over backwards to get her a great car within her budget. Even though she is young and inexperienced in making such a large purchase he treated her with respect and patiently explained everything that she needed to know. Peter was on vacation when we picked up the car and we ended up dealing with Justin and Brandon. Justin is a top notch guy and did everything in his power to ensure that we left happy and satisfied with her new car. Brandon got all the paperwork in order and even put in her new car mats for her. In a day and age where customer service seems to be lacking it was refreshing to receive such a high standard of service. We are planning an purchasing another family vehicle soon and will not hesitate to return to Ajax Mazda. I highly recommend this dealership and encourage anyone looking for a new vehicle to give them a chance. Thank you Peter for making my daughter's first car purchase an excellent experience. More
