I have had multiple issues with this dealership. Starting with our QX60. Summer of 2023 they had a special just for an oil change. We brought it in for that and that alone. They took it upon themselves to do a multi point check on the car without asking us. They came back after the oil change and said that our brakes were shot and drums and pads needed to be changed asap along with other things. They asked if we would like them to do it then that they could do so. I said I only brought it in for an oil change. Never requested anything else. Anyway I said no and they were none too pleased. I took it to another garage and they said all that was on the list of things that needed replacing were fine. My mechanic said that the brakes were completely fine and not to bother changing them. Here we are 13-14 months later and we are considering getting them done next month. That is 14 months longer than what the dealership said that they were badly needing done. This dealership is also a Nissan dealership and I have a Nissan as well. They have tried in the past to get me to agree to certain services that I stated were already done AT THAT DEALERSHIP ! They checked their records and all of a sudden that work did not need to be done. They damaged my Nissan (slightly) and wouldn't own up to it. They never took photos of the car when I brought it in and said it was like that when I brought it in.I said why don't you check the overhead cameras that are in the bay where you first drive in. Apparently they could only be reviewed or accessed by a certain manager who who was off on leave and not sure when she would be returning. Eventually she did return and I called her. She decided to side with her staff so I brought the car in. Once seeing the car she agreed that it was done while in their possession and agreed to remedy the situation. Everyone that I actually liked at this dealership has left.(sales people , managers) Do not trust this dealership at all. More
Our experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a cat-and-mouse nightmare since Endras was bought out. Callbacks are non-existent and getting a hold of ANY associate is slim to none. I've been holding out on this review as I am one to give people the benefit of the doubt but my patience has run thin. If a client is dropping their vehicle off for a 9:45am appointment and have not received an update (not even as a courtesy) close to closing time (6pm - at which point calls are no longer answered), there is a problem. If a client has been assured that they will receive a return call after calling, and a call is left unreturned, there is a problem. If a client is informed that they'd be receiving shuttle service, as said client's primary vehicle is being worked on but no further information is provided and the client is left stranded, there is a problem. These problems have been reoccurring since June 2022. It is now April 2023 and there has been no improvement/growth with Ajax Infiniti's customer service. The Service Advisor, Ravin Ramnarain, expects and elicits a "Five-Star Review" for their lack of service. We continue leaving the dealership with unresolved issues and an immense feeling of disdain. Do yourself a favour and stay as far away as possible from this poorly run dealership. I purchased my vehicle at Endras Infiniti, which went out of business during COVID. This new Infiniti dealership in the area pales in comparison to the service I received from Endras. Employees don’t appear to care and there is sense of confusion in the facility. They tried to combine an Infiniti dealership with an existing Nissan dealership and it is clearly not working. More
They are just NOT a dealership with honest, authentic people that are willing to help. They created the worse experience I’ve ever had and I’m completely turned off of the brand ! I’d never recommend buying an Infiniti or supporting ajax Infiniti They stand by each other when they are wrong and they never take accountability for their actions….. Here’s my story : They ran a diagnostic and concluded my REAR DIFF COUPLERS were damaged because of tiers that have different tire threads ! TIRES THAT WERE NEVER ON THE CAR WHEN I ORIGINALLY EXPRESSED THE PROBLEM EXISTED. I even provided proof that the tires weren’t on the car when the problem started and Infiniti Canada and Ajax Infiniti declined the warranty repair. More
