Lee educated me on what I must know about the car I wanted and how he can help me achieve my dream car. Lee introduced me to Rami (A Financial Services Manager) who went out of his way and provided an Excellent service to get me that car I wanted. To cut my story Short, have you been dreaming of buying a new car and the other car dealers said to you they cannot help you. Extended Warranty sold without full discloser.Buyer beware. I purchased an Extended Warranty of First Canadian Protection Plan from Sisley Hyundai at the time I bought my 2011 Sonata. The Warranty is sold by t I purchased an Extended Warranty of First Canadian Protection Plan from Sisley Hyundai at the time I bought my 2011 Sonata. The Warranty is sold by the Financial Services Manager after one buys the vehicle. I was told the Warranty was transferable but what i was not told was that it is not transferable if one would like to trade the car in during the warranty period.Read the damned thing. Don't trust no one. It can only be transferred to a private buyer not a dealer. This is a warning to all who want to purchase an Extended warranty. I repeat the warranty that Sisley is selling is not transferable if one wants to trade the vehicle in during the warranty period. So the choices available to one are sell privately,or loose the warranty amount of 2000/= if u decide to trade it in for a new vehicle. More

I understand sales strategies, however, sales tricks and schemes are completely unacceptable to me. This dealership management was horrible and I strongly encourage anyone interested to go to another Hyundai dealership, going back and forth with this one to, in the end, them not honoring any agreement they offered, is not worth the time! More
