Prior to the purchase, I stopped into the service dept. to speak with the service manager. I wanted to have some worrisome concerns (about Hyundai service in general) cleared up. Brian Bontje (Svc. Mgr.) was both knowledgeable and credible, and was able to explain my concerns away. So far, I can say that I was treated fairly and with respect in both areas.
