After taking our mazda to be serviced there, I picked it up only to notice the engine was still running. I felt the hood and it was extremely hot. They had acknowledged they accidentally left the engine on up only to notice the engine was still running. I felt the hood and it was extremely hot. They had acknowledged they accidentally left the engine on and unlocked (for 4 hours, as we got the notification it was ready for pick up and told them we'd pick it up later). One person apologized and informed me they would have the manager contact me to discuss their error. Despite me calling back the next day because the manager didn't call, still, a week later, no one had taken accountability or contacted me. I understand mistakes are made, but take ownership of them and try to make things right. More
