Worth the drive to Hamilton! I have tried a lot of dealers but Airport Ford has shown to be the most trusted and competent of them all. The mechanics torque the wheel lugs to spec I have tried a lot of dealers but Airport Ford has shown to be the most trusted and competent of them all. The mechanics torque the wheel lugs to spec after their brake inspections and I can trust them to do the job right the first time. I did have a situation at one point where one of the wheel covers where accidentally broken after service and nothing was mentioned. The service manager Ralph addressed the issue all was made right. We have two Fords in the family now and have moved 100 K's away in Port Colborne. I tried the local Ford dealers and found the service terrible which required the vehicle to be returned a number of times and these were just routine maintenance items like wheel balancing, alignment, coolant flush and fill and brake fluid change. The service advisors are courteous and the parts people take the time to explain the proper use of their products. Oil Change/tire repair I was in for an oil change the other day and my tire ended up needing repaired as well. This took a bit longer than I had anticipated and I was a litt I was in for an oil change the other day and my tire ended up needing repaired as well. This took a bit longer than I had anticipated and I was a little stressed because I was late for my next work appointment. I can't remember the guys name at the service desk but he was 110% accommodating when I indicated I was late for work. He offered to have me driven to where ever I needed to be, allowed me to get what I needed from my car that was still being serviced and didn't charge me for the tire repair. The initial situation wasn't ideal, but stuff happens. What was ideal was how he handled it and I'm incredibly thankful for that. A+ customer service :). More
