We did the preliminaries for a first time visit. The Service Rep was courteous and we set things up quite efficiently. The actual service started on time. I was kept informed about the progress. Waiting room was perfect. The service ended as predicted. The Service Rep showed me what was done. Cost was reasonable. I have had no problems since. Strongly recommend this dealership. More
Great as always My front driver side burst when I hit a curb. I was backing up, so I did not hit it hard. Nevertheless, I had to bring it in for a new tire. Scott as usual came through! The entire staff made me feel at ease when my headlights went out. The service team repaired my lights and Scott even got Lincoln to pay the bill . Excellent service with economical pricing Went in to have the 160k service done on my 2013 Explorer. I explained to Scott that the selling dealer had put cheap brake parts on to push the vehic Went in to have the 160k service done on my 2013 Explorer. I explained to Scott that the selling dealer had put cheap brake parts on to push the vehicle through the safety inspection. My expectation was that the pads and rotors would need to be done on the front and back of the vehicle. The technician that inspected the vehicle agreed with the front brakes but found the rears to be within spec. Scott actually convinced me to hold off on replacing the back brakes. On another note, I found pricing of the Motorcraft parts to be very reasonable and in line with jobber pricing on premium level parts. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for my Honda dealer. More
