Gas tank leak I have been getting all the service performed on my 2016 F150 without a number issues, until this past Thursday. I now will never go there, and I would not be able to sleep at night if I ever recommended Airport Ford. We were leaving for a night out of town, when I realized that I had a rather big leak in my gas tank. Obviously, I was very concerned as gas was spilling out all over my driveway. I immediately called Airport Ford and told the female on the other end of the phone that I needed to bring it in immediately as gas was all over the place. I was shocked when I was told "no, sorry, we are all booked up." I then told her again that it's an emergency, gas is everywhere!! She the replied sounding a little annoyed by my trying to get across that this is an emergency "yea, well I just don't know when we can fit you in, we are booking for next Friday." I was in complete shock. Would a gas tank leak, and it was not just a drip every couple of minutes, this was very close to being a steady stream, not take priority over an oil change? I asked if I could drop it off, and I could even wait a few days for someone to look at it. She said now rudely "I told you that we are booked up." I thanked her for her help and ended the call. My husband just retired from Ford Motor Company after 32 years, we spent over $72 000 for this truck and I refuse to take my business to an establishment when treated in such a manner. In this day and age with all of the competition for your business out there, Airport Ford does not seem to be worried as their service after you spend tens of thousands is just pathetic. More
