Excellent customer service. My wife and I dropped by Airport Ford one Tuesday afternoon and decided to have a look at a new car for our family. We were approached by Steve Graci My wife and I dropped by Airport Ford one Tuesday afternoon and decided to have a look at a new car for our family. We were approached by Steve Gracie and he had asked a few questions as to size of vehicle that we were looking for and if we had any preferance as to a new or used vehicle. We had decided to take 3 cars out for test drives, and all were very good driving cars. The prices ranged from 20,000 to 35,000. While we were driving these cars we never felt pressured to purchase the most expensive car, and we said we needed time to think about it. When we called Steve about some of the information pertaining to the vehicle ( gas mileage and winter packages) Steve answered all our quesions without hesitation. Steve took the time to go over the numbers ( cost ) of all 3 vehicles with us to see which vehicle would fit our budget best. ( again, never did we ever feel pressured to purchase the most expensive car ).We told Steve we would get back to him by the end of the week. We actual stopped by the very next day with my son to take the Ford Focus out one more time, as my son is very tall and we wanted to be sure he was comfortable in the vehicle as he would be a driver of any vechile we picked. Steve always took the time with us, and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. We had decided on the Ford Focus as this car was the best fit for our family.
