I actually had a terrible experience with this dealership, they upsell you on the anti-theft and the 4 way protection which they claim is mandatory by the dealership but in reality due to the cust dealership, they upsell you on the anti-theft and the 4 way protection which they claim is mandatory by the dealership but in reality due to the customers obliviousness they fall for it. It’s a typical dealership where when it comes to the price they will always choose the dealership and please everyone negotiate the price, the price is already set considering a customer is going to negotiate. Look at the MSRP before doing the deal. Also get everything in writing, especially the delivery date because they promise you one thing but it always leads to a disappointment. Atleast with writing you have proof to defend your case against the dealership. So, I have nothing against the dealership or the salesman just use common sense and understand this is sales at the end of the day so, protect your self and put your interest first. Also, be careful with the sales manager Vashal he got to that position for a reason so, again go into a deal knowing all the facts and NEGOTIATE!!! More

Terrible Customer Service Experience. It has been the worst customer service experience dealing with Airdrie Honda recently. I have purchased Toyota Highlander from them. They have been very nice before sale and delivery of the vehicle, and I was very excited to have this vehicle, as I always had Honda vehicles with me and never bought Toyota before. I liked the shape and style of Highlander so I thought to give a try to this vehicle this time. But the Airdrie Honda staff has ruined my excitement and happiness on and after the delivery of this vehicle. The dealership charged me $500 for the so called "Premium Delivery" which included the detailing of the vehicle, which wasn't done at all. When I went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, It was nasty, smelly and dirty as Pig. There are dog hairs every where on the car (floor, seats, roof, etc...), the seats were dirty and stained, the floor was not even vacuumed properly. So I reported this to my sales person Miss Geetika and to the person who was responsible for detailing of the vehicle. One of my kid is allergic with pets, but on the delivery the dealership took so long to finalize the paperwork and I had a doctor appointment to go, so I took the vehicle in that xxxxty condition but I was told that someone will pick up the vehicle from my home next day and they did. And then it was so mis-managed to drop off a loaner car to me until my vehicle gets cleaned. So they kept my vehicle for about 4-5 hours for so called cleaning, and returned it to me in the evening with very minor cleaning done on it. I have specifically mentioned to my sales person Geetika about what areas of the car needed to be cleaned and sent her more than 80 pictures on her phone, but when I checked the vehicle on its return, the only thing they have done was wipe the middle row seats with wet cloth and vacuum a little bit on the floor in that area and that is it. The roof still had stains, dog hairs on it, the door hinges are so bad and give squeaky sound whenever you open or close the doors (the driver door and trunk door are worst). There was lot of mud stuck in the trunk door hinges areas, the area where the wiper blades screw was full of mud stuck there, inside the hood section was full of dirt (they just sprayed oil on top of the engine cover to make it shiny and that's it. I washed the car and found that the car roof had new stains on it and found that the roof above the 3rd row seats window was leaking on the passenger side. So, I called my sales person, left a voicemail, sent text message to her but I didn't get any response from her for 2-3 days. So, I decided to go to the dealership in person and will talk and show the car to them. The first thing, the service lady told me that they pressure washed it before delivery and they didn't see any leaking, (how would they see it because no one bother to take a look inside the car after cleaning before delivery), so I showed her the picture in my phone for water leaking from the roof. Then they kept my vehicle with them and had to send it to the body shop. But during all those days, their customer service and after sale service from the sales person, detailing staff, loaner car department was at its worst. The brake pads were almost done, I told the sales person to change before finalizing the delivery but she said NO. I showed the brake pads to my mechanic and he said they are less than even 5mm and has to be changed. when we take our vehicle to the dealership for service they always say to replace at 5mm but for this they said no its good. but when I started driving the car, the brake pads were giving continuous sound which tells that the brake pads need to be replaced. As I mentioned that I am a Honda person and always been Honda customer but Airdrie Honda really disappointed me big time with their customer service experience including the sales person. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More
Terrible experience with this dealership. I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere for a new or used vehicle. I bought a 2019 Toyota 4Runner and before I even made it home, the tire pres I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere for a new or used vehicle. I bought a 2019 Toyota 4Runner and before I even made it home, the tire pressure light starts blinking. Didn’t think much of it until I realize the tires are full. I then speak to my salesperson (Alana) who tells me they are going to charge me to have a look at it LOL. She then proceeds to tell me that “it's a 4Runner thing” and is completely normal. It’s a small issue that really has no effect on the vehicle, but is very telling of how they treat their customers. They also promised to fix a scratch on the front, then called me to pick it up with nothing even done. Apparently the body shops “were all backed up because of the hailstorm” and she couldn’t get me an appointment. Magically a spot opened up when I told them I wouldn’t finalize anything till it was fixed. Another scam tactic, trying to take advantage wherever possible. Avoid this place, they do not value their customers. There are tons of Honda dealers around, I will be avoiding the goauto dealer group moving forward. More

I believed that this is one of the best car buying experience I had ever had. Dave Scott my sales consultant offered me for 2021 Honda CRV the great options I needed. The finance services manager Wayne Luong offered me with all the best deal I can ever get. My sales consultant walked me through with everything without feeling pressured in getting a good deal. He was amazing in providing me with all the information I need to make a informed decision. I am truly satisfied with my purchase and would not look back in heartbeat. Great customer service from Connie, she was very welcoming, informative and knowledgeable about the Honda CRV. Although she seemed to be run off her feet and the only salesperson working.
