The worst experience I have ever had I purchased a lightly used 2012 Xterra from Agincourt Nissan. From the first day I picked it up, problems began. VJ, the sales manager, gave instructi I purchased a lightly used 2012 Xterra from Agincourt Nissan. From the first day I picked it up, problems began. VJ, the sales manager, gave instructions to not fill up the gas tank based on what a good deal I had received. The dried coffee stains in the holders were a nice touch. Within days, I was back at the dealership as the plastic internal panelling of one of the back doors fell apart, the clutch wasn't switching into gear properly and the off roading lights didn't work. The dealership ensured that this all was "fixed" and the off roading lights needed a piece that they would call in for once received. This was back in December, 2015. None of the work was done, the door panelling fell apart again, the clutch and transmission weren't working properly and so I went to Nissan Canada. We are now in April and my vehicle has been at Dixie Nissan for 10 weeks in total. The transmission had pieces which needed to be replaced (warranty) and to my surprise, the truck needs a new clutch. When purchasing the vehicle, the last owner had a new clutch put in at 50 000 km, and upon purchase, the Xterra had 68000 km. I've driven Hondas my entire life and never once had a clutch replaced, even at 340 000 km. This has been a complete nightmare. I've driven rentals more than the truck from Agincourt Nisssn and am now stuck with a very large bill in regards to problems that I raised to Agincourt Nissan within the first 4 days of regretful ownership. I will never set foot in this dealership again and am making it my business to go very public with this horrific situation. More

While waiting for my car, I met Mr. Ramesh Lakhan at the visitor lounge & I casually asked him about the trade-in value of my vehicle for a possible finance or lease of a new 2016 Nissan Rogue. He readily accommodate my inquiry by going over to see my car. He returned with an estimated trade-in value & thereafter we had a discussion & within a day or two, we closed the deal. My 2008 Rogue was still running well. I really liked it & wasn't considering changing my car yet. But after that casual inquiry I made with Ramesh, he showed me the advantage of leasing a new car with the very affordable monthly payment option. I know he is working for Agincourt Nissan but at the same time I felt like he is looking after my interest too. I know I've got a good deal from him & accepted the deal. I got the car on March 31, 2016 as promised. Anyone who wish to lease or finance a Nissan vehicle, I would encourage you to see Mr. Ramesh Lakhan. He is very professional & he will do his very best to make sure you are happy with the deal. I'm glad I met him at the visitor lounge. He is one person that you can trust and can also be your friend. After dealing with a nice sales person (Khasan), the negotiations started and, to our surprise as we stayed in the salesman's office we could hear the yelling from the Sales Manager's office (Sunny Singh)with very abusive language including the "F" word several times about our down payment and the vehicle we were interest in!!!! This man has NO professionalism or coot about him and we never purchase a vehicle from that location. We will be informing Nissan Canada of his conduct in hopes there will be an investigate into his behaviour. More

At first glace, this dealership appears to have numerous 5-star reviews. However, if you read through the reviews carefully, you will notice the reviews seem...odd. In fact, you might even notice two of the reviews are almost exact copies of each other, with the names changed. Another (negative) reviewer mentioned this dealership's strategy is to depend on their Internet advertisements--which seems to include at least a few paid "reviews". Second, moderate red flag. Now, as for my personal experience with this dealership, I, as a potential customer, witnessed one of this dealership's salespeople being YELLED AT BY A MANAGER FOR GIVING A CALCULATOR TO A CUSTOMER. Third, MAJOR RED FLAG. This dealership, under its current management, simply can not be trusted.
