Extremely poor after-sale service My dear fellow consumers, leasing from Agincourt Nissan is a horrible idea. As its client of two years, I am here to share my frustrating experiences My dear fellow consumers, leasing from Agincourt Nissan is a horrible idea. As its client of two years, I am here to share my frustrating experiences with Agincourt Nissan over the past few weeks. Agincourt’s leasing manager was hostile, unhelpful, and ignorant. He turned a deaf ear to my simple request for his service. His ill-intended delays caused me significant financial distress. Below is the humiliation I suffered with Agincourt Nissan. I leased a Rogue in December 2014. Due to recent changes in my employment, I needed to transfer my lease before leaving for Alberta in mid-December. When I contacted the leasing department for an appointment in mid-November, I was told that I cannot book an appointment for my lease transfer during their month-end and weekends despite their staff working Saturday. After more than two weeks of calling and scheduling, my lessee and I finally met the leasing manager in the middle of our workday. As my lessee did not bring the authorized person for their credit application, we requested to come and meet the manager again on that weekend. Again, we were denied despite the fact he is scheduled to work on Saturday. During this whole process, we felt extremely unwelcomed at the dealership because we were not buying a new car. Because the process took so long and my lessee cannot come during the weekend, he decided to back out of the lease transfer we agreed upon. At this point, I had run out of time to find another potential lessee and had to take my lease to Alberta. I went to the dealership again to ask for help for lease, my options for taking the lease to another province and any tax impacts. The leasing manager simply replied that he did not know how to assist me and told me to find out the information myself. At this point, I reminded him that it was his responsibility to facilitate any lease transactions and assist their clients on changes to the lease. I requested to escalate this issue to his manager as I now had very little time to gather the information and their prior delays cost my previous lease-takeover opportunity. Not only did he deny me to bring in his manager, he also refused to apologize for taking two weeks before meeting us. In the end, I had to speak with a manager in another department to find the required information to transfer my lease to Alberta. I hope this blog entry can help someone else avoid the troubles that I had with Agincourt Nissan. I am not impressed with its poor knowledge about lease changes, and an overall lack of service. Appointment set and showed up on time...1 1/2hr job..so I'd wait...but they overbooked their shop...(apparently as usual) told to leave the car for the day. Waiting room is full of disgruntled bored clients..(no seats...standing room only)...their tactic is to over book...so appts times are irrelevant...so expect to leave car and hopefully get back in a week!!!. Been to other Nissan dealerships...far better service...don't be fooled. More
Worst Dealership I bought a Nissan Pathfinder Platinum 2016 and was told that discount is more than $10,000 but when I signed the papers, it went down to $9,000 plus. I bought a Nissan Pathfinder Platinum 2016 and was told that discount is more than $10,000 but when I signed the papers, it went down to $9,000 plus. So I agreed and went on to register the car myself on Oct 01 cause they told me that the Ministry has no desk open for Dealership. I drove home the car and used it for the next two days, on Monday, Oct 03, the General Manager called me and told me that I need to return the car as it was not funded and Scotia will repossess it in 12 hours. I brought the car back only to be informed that the terms of sales was changed and discount went down to $5000 plus. Negotiations were made again and they're offering $7000 plus discount. Dishonest people. Don't go to this dealership More

Bad service experience The Leaf battery pack yearly usage report is supposed to be free for the first two years, but they wanted to charge for it. I had to bring the service The Leaf battery pack yearly usage report is supposed to be free for the first two years, but they wanted to charge for it. I had to bring the service manual and show them, but even then they insisted there is a charge for it. To keep the 8-year battery warranty the owners are required to perform this yearly battery test and a written report must be kept as proof, the dealer did not give me a copy the first time I took the car for this test. The Leaf does not have an exhaust system, nor any fuel system and the electric motor does not require an oil change so please remove this items from the multi point inspection checklist, it is hilarious at best. And please stop mailing me any oil and filter package deals, this car does not use oil ... Thank you. More
Worst Service Ever I bought a Nissan Sentra from this dealership in 2014 and since than I am having the worst experience of service. I had my vehicle few time here for I bought a Nissan Sentra from this dealership in 2014 and since than I am having the worst experience of service. I had my vehicle few time here for service. Every time they add extra things. I did not complain for the first time but the next service they added 2 or 3 extra charges which was supposed to be a free service. They wanted to charge me $200. and had a long argument to bring it down to $80. Now I have check engine light on . My vehicle is less than 40,000 km and not even 2 years but they say it will be $120 for diagnostic. This dealership is a rip off. More
