Hello Steven Xie, thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. We apologize that we have not responded sooner, but did address your issue on the Google review you posted. We’re sorry you didn’t have a good experience while trying to transfer your lease, but we have to clarify that we have never refused to meet with you, or any customer on weekends or during busy periods as you claimed. It was an unfortunate a matter of no free appointment times available in the very limited times that you and your lessee had requested. We also operate with an open door policy, and have never denied any customer the right to speak with our management team. We are sorry that your lease transfer fell through, but we suspect it may have more to do with loud yelling matches and disagreements that you and your lessee had in the middle of our dealership, much to the inconvenience of our other customers. Wishing you all the best in your new employment ventures in Alberta, and hope that your 2014 Rogue serves you well.

We would like you to know that Agincourt Nissan has their own service department, and rarely needs to send vehicles elsewhere! When a car does need some external work, we send it to a Drive Auto Group body shop near by. No cheap mechanic shops for us!
