Great sales rep Rajesh Lakhan Just today we brought our new purchase Nissan rouge 2017 home. Last week when we visited this dealership they were very busy, we waited more than 45 m Just today we brought our new purchase Nissan rouge 2017 home. Last week when we visited this dealership they were very busy, we waited more than 45 mins at the reception area, but none of the sales rep were available to help us. Receptionist tried to get hold of few sales person, but everyone refused to help us cuz they were attending other customer. When we were leaving, Ramesh met us at the exit door and stopped us. Even though he was helping 2 other customers that time still he helped us and showed us the car we wanted to see. He helped us thru the entire purchase process. He even stayed way passed his working hours just because we were not available to come and pick up our vehicle. Only because of the service we got from him, I am going to recommend my friends and family to Ramesh, for the excellent customer service he has provided us. I give 5 star to Ramesh for his service. He is an asset to agincourt Nissan. More
2018 Rogue Ramesh is an excellent consultant, I met him at the dealership to rxplore the Rogue offers. He showed me all the options and even took me to a test drive after few minutes while it was getting late and working hours for him were almost over. However he was so kind to spend more time with me answering my questions and giving me all the details. I was happy to drive away with my new 2018 Rogue few days later where he helped me personalize my car. He even offered continuous help whenever neede. I strongly recommend Rogue and Ramesh to be your sales consultant. More

New 2017 Pathfinder with no heat I purchased a new 2017 Pathfinder on October 24th, 2017, and within 2 months, the car had been returned for service. Initially, 2 weeks into my picki I purchased a new 2017 Pathfinder on October 24th, 2017, and within 2 months, the car had been returned for service. Initially, 2 weeks into my picking up the vehicle, the heat suddenly stopped working. I was livid as it’s a new car and the weather was beginning to get colder, so I needed this issue rectified within a timely manner. I brought it in for service and the technicians repaired it, but didn’t state the reason why it stopped working. Fast forward 1 week later-same heating issue! I return the vehicle again to the dealership for repair and they said the fuse blew.... 2 weeks later, this time with my 19 month old son in the car with me and the temperature outside a blistering -20 degrees, the heat stops working AGAIN. At this point I’m beyond furious, as I had to drive over 60 kilometres to get home with no heat in the car and my son and I are freezing. I desperately wanted to get home so (I know I shouldn’t have done this), I was speeding-140kms, and I managed to get a tiny burst of heat. I was thinking of my son because I was FREEZING, so I could only imagine how cold he was. I called Agincourt Nissan and told them that at this point I DO NOT WANT THIS VEHICLE, AS IT IS DEFECTIVE! Also, I called and spoke to a manager by the name of Vijay, who seemed very unmoved, and he continuously repeated that “the car is under warranty, so just bring it in when this happens “. I told him I have a 3 month old and 19 month old, I JUST purchased this vehicle, and don’t feel comfortable driving it anymore. The next day I brought the vehicle in and spoke to Daniel (sales manager), and he reassured me that he will get me a replacement car and it will be ready on Tuesday January 2nd... This ordeal began on December 28th, it’s now Tuesday January 8th and I have not received a replacement vehicle, nor a call from the general manager, Sunny, who had taken over since he indicated that they were having difficulty getting an approval from Nissan financial. I am beyond angry and frustrated at the lack of communication and professionalism! I would suggest that you go elsewhere to avoid an unnecessary headache and purchasing a new vehicle that has no heat in -20 degrees! More

Excellent service and car purchase experience My wife wanted to replace our old family car with a new SUV, we spent 3 weeks researching for the right car. We considered Toyota RAV4, Honda CRV amd My wife wanted to replace our old family car with a new SUV, we spent 3 weeks researching for the right car. We considered Toyota RAV4, Honda CRV amd Nissan Rogue. We made our final verdict to buy the Nissian Rogue after analyzing and comparing their features, outlook , engines and prices. Then we started visiting different Nissan dealership, Angincourt nissan was the 7th Nissan store we walked in. The salesperson Xixi Liu was very responsible, nice and patient. She was very helpful - not only did we get a good deal, a good license plate number, we were also informed in detail about the features of the car. I would say she is the best sales I met before. We would also like to thank Marus Lau, the financial services manager, he is so friendly, for helping us with the financial approval in a timely manner. In general, everyone in the team I dealt with were very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. We are satisfied with the service we received and the purchase at the dealership.
