Going in to the dealership i was apprehensive as i'm worried that i will be pressured to buy the 1st car that's presented to me and would end up with the car that i would not really "love". But dealing with Ramesh and the team, i was guided and walked thru all that i needed to know to make the decision right by me. Ramesh and Leslie were very helpful and always there to answer my questions (even when i had to call on a weekend!). Most salespeople at car dealerships would pressure you to do something you may or may not be able to do. Asad didn't make me feel uncomfortable or pressured at all instead I felt special. I just want to say my overall experience at Agincourt Nissan was truly amazing, no pressure and so worth it, I am truly happy I decided to go to this dealership even though it is out of my way. MY end results of this experience turned out way better then I visioned because I ended up getting something better then I expected. Thanks!!! Asad and his fellow staff. With Asad we received professional, seamless service from the initial greeting, including detailed explanations ,delivery and follow up. Finally , a sales person who assists and guides you to purchase the vehicle that best suits your needs(choice) rather than pressuring you to buy any vehicle! Manager won't disclose best price so it's useless to shop! I wasted 2 hours here. This dealership is so intent on making a sale that they don't care about customer experience!!! Asad, the sales guy, said that if they meet your offer, then you should commit right there and then. He'll never give you a chance to go sleep on your decision. Car buying is a big decision so if they are serious about retaining a customer, then it doesn't matter if the customer had to go home and think about his/her purchase. I know for a fact that when the customer is happy with the service or shopping experience, then that very same customer will go back to do the final buy. Very, very disappointing that they treat a returning customer this way. More

Worst car dealer I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. First of all they have no understanding of the word customer service. Their system is to depend on their internet advertisement and then try to get you to purchase all the add ons ie extended warranty, gap insurance etc. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF DISHONEST CROOKS!! Since I was in need of a vehicle I purchased a 2011 Honda CRV. Along with the car purchase I also paid for the purchase of 4 winter tires. They waited until all the papers were signed to bring the vehicle up with the tires in the trunk of the car!. Then VJ and Frank proceeded to tell me they did not know I wanted the tires installed!! why would I purchase tires without installing them? It was late and I was tired so I went home and called the next day to tell VJ I needed to bring the car in to get the tires installed. He told me there would be a service charge. I will be contacting the Nissan customer service regarding their dishonest practice. More

The minute we walked into the dealership we were greeted with smiles and assisted right away. I had been emailing Jp Ostiguy about the Volkswagon Golf and he was so efficient in providing us with car report and answered any questions I had, as I first found the vehicle on auto trader. JP Ostiguy was not only helpful, but professional and down to earth. He was wonderful! My husband fell inlove with volkswagon! I've never had such a fast and pleasant experience! Ladda, the Financial Manager was amazing and all the staff Agincourt Nissan truly made our experience a fabulous one! I would defintely refer my friends and family to JP Ostiguy, thank you for incredible experience! More
