NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Bought a used vehicle and within 2 days had problems and Nissan Agincourt wanted to do nothing at all for me. Wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with this dealership or their service department!!!! All I can say is stay far away!! More
No response to questions I bought a car from this dealer couple of months ago. After the sale of car, I needed the lease protection contract and I contacted with various persons through e-mail to get a copy of this contract but I had no response. Then I tried the "live agent" in their web site. I was promised to be contacted very soon but I had no calls, no e-mails, nothing so far for the last 10 days. I do not recommend Nissan as a car to buy and also their customer service is worse than the quality of car. More

Horrible experience! Sales rep was more interested in their phone than trying to sell me a car. Didn't have a clue what options the different models came with. I have always had bad experience with other dealerships that i have been to, Ramesh in the other hand was very informative,knowledgable with all the vehicles and has guided me in making the right decision for my investment on the new 2016 Nissan Maxima. I would highly reccomend any of my friends or anyone that i know to go see Ramesh at Agincourt Nissan and the team there as everyone is very proffessiional and very polite in making your new vehicle purchase a memorable one. Worst Mechanical Service I've Ever Had In 25 years The service department does not do the work you asked to get done. They charged me 200$ for a diagnostic I didn't ask to get done. They will try to push work to get done on your vehicle that doesn't need to get done. When I brought this up with the service manager he was extremely rude by insulting and interrupting me. I decided to take it back to the shop when they offered me a free tow and would refund the 200$. They somehow lost it and it ended up at another dealership. So my car was missing for a day. When they got it into the shop they somehow charged me another 700$, never did fix it, told me it needs a new engine and wouldn't refund the 200$ they charged me accidentally the first time. I took it to another mechanic. He replaced the fuel pressure regulator and it worked fine. Only 600$ I've been going to mechanics for 25 years and this is the worst service I have ever had!!!! Unethical and incompetent. More

It was worth the wait!! This is our third Nissan Maxima from Agincourt Nissan. We started looking for a replacement for our 2006 Maxima in the Fall of 2015, and naturally This is our third Nissan Maxima from Agincourt Nissan. We started looking for a replacement for our 2006 Maxima in the Fall of 2015, and naturally started at Agincourt Nissan. Unfortunately, there were no 2014 Maxima models available and we learned that there would be no 2015 Maxima models released in Canada. We had our hearts set on getting another Maxima (we also owned a 1999 model), so reluctantly we decided to wait for the 2016! We got our names on the waiting/contact list and ... waited. Finally, we received a message from Ramesh that some 2016 models were coming in at Agincourt and he asked if we wanted a test drive - we immediately replied "yes"! Ramesh took us out for a test drive and we bought a Platinum model in Coulis red the same day. We are very happy with the 2016 Maxima, and are very appreciative of Ramesh ensuring that we (long time Agincourt customers) had the opportunity to test drive and purchase the first 2016 from the dealership. Ramesh offered us great service and support throughout the purchase and has answered all our after purchase questions. As to the car itself, it's simply great, and we are very, very happy with our purchase. In hindsight, we are glad we that there were no 2014 models around to buy. We ended up with a fabulous car. It was worth the wait. In closing, I would have no hesitation in advising people to go to Agincourt Nissan and speak with Ramesh about buying a car. More
