I bought Santafe in 2018, kept going there a year every time they charged me more than $600 creating different excuses. No I rarely go there but have to because I have warrenty for 7 years. Last year I had time they charged me more than $600 creating different excuses. No I rarely go there but have to because I have warrenty for 7 years. Last year I had a issue with starting motor but they made me change battery first because starting motor in covered under warrenty. Yesterday I had problem with starting they kept car for two days and called me that there is no fault so we will charge $145+tax because there is no fault. At the time of payment bill turned to $245+tax because they rubbed battery points with sand paper. I asked to reduced but they did not. The staff is very lazy and everyone try to pull last dollar out of your pocket by creating stories. Should be zero star if I could More

The facility also has a separate used car building with show room I would personally like to thank Nick Koundoruros for all his help making sure my wife and I had a vehicle in times of need and Tom and Gesavan in Used Cars department for making us feel welcome and secure that we are taken care of.
