Aggressive Assistant Sales Manager At first we had a good experience with the sales associate, Charles but when he got the Assistant Sales Manager to talk to us things got uncomfortable At first we had a good experience with the sales associate, Charles but when he got the Assistant Sales Manager to talk to us things got uncomfortable. He was aggressive and rude in front of both my wife and child even after I had asked him to calm down, twice. It actually made me so uncomfortable that I was willing to walkout of the dealership, but Charles managed to smooth things over. When I went to pick up my new car the dealership had changed the ownership of the plates with the ministry from mine and my wife's name into my name alone. Then the dealership charged me the $64 dollar fee for the ownership change. This whole experience has ruined any good feelings I had about the dealership. I will not be returning to this dealership for any reason what so ever More
Caring! Attentive! The Best! This has been a horrible year for me...Loosing my dear husband and also dealing with a very dishonest car dealership and salesmen who took advantaged This has been a horrible year for me...Loosing my dear husband and also dealing with a very dishonest car dealership and salesmen who took advantaged of my vulnerability selling me a Kia Rondo with endless things and problems wrong with the car......Decided to take it back and cut my losses and get far away from this despicable dealership and staff! .....So back in September after searching on line I came across my 2013 Elantra GT and thought I need to get to Agincourt Hyundai bright and early so I showed up at 8am wanted to be 1st in line.....Anyway standing outside by Used Showroom no one was around so I called the number and Charles answered the phone he told me to come to the new showroom! Went in I mus say when I sat down after my experience and being a widow with my husband not around to help me I sat down and was jus ready to put up a fight thinking I was abt to get taken advantage of again....But to my surprised Charles was totally different.....he explained everything to me carefully with no rush or no cheesy sales pitch! He told me before I got the car everything have to be checked thoroughly! Charles is caring, honest, pays attention to his customer, listen to his coustomer and isn't quick to run them off or talking money right when they sit down. He is truthful with his customer and did not take advantage of me and that I truly appreciate......After my experience over the summer I mus say Charles is a true gentleman, one of a kind I have come upon! Charles keep up the great work and must say you are Truly The Best......The best salesman and a wonderful human being...... ( Salesman PAR EXCELLENCE!! ), my wife and I were VERY apprehensive, because we had had a number of bad experiences, over the years, with various car dealerships. Charles proved to be a GRACIOUS person, as he listened to our complaints about other dealerships. Not only did he listen to us with GREAT patience, but he also did NOT just remain neutral.... he took a stand on some of those Right / Wrong issues and gave us a quality opinion / feedback. He was also PATIENT in answering my MANY questions. We feel that he was understanding of the fact that we did NOT want an other bad experience, and so, he tried to put our mind at peace. After our first meeting, we did not purchase. Charles did not put pressure on us, that we have to buy " here and now ", as some sales people do. My wife and I would HIGHLY recommend the services of Charles W. to anyone that we know. This man has CLASS! This was our first time to meet with Charles, our first time also to walk into that dealership. We had shorter meetings with James T., in the financial department. Recalls for my 07 Santa Fe I had an oil leak a few months ago and I brought my car to a local mechanic shop. These guys quoted me almost $1000 to fix it. A few months ago I got I had an oil leak a few months ago and I brought my car to a local mechanic shop. These guys quoted me almost $1000 to fix it. A few months ago I got a letter from Hyundai regarding some type of oil leak. I can't believe even though my car is 9 years old I am still able to get free repairs. When I went to the dealer they told me I got another recall that was outstanding so they repaired that too. I think I might rethink going to small shops and go back to the dealer to get my maintenance done. Thank you Hyundai and Agincourt Hyundai for fixing my car. More
Alternator issue & warranty experience So I was having troubles with my car battery recharging so I brought the car over to another dealer in Scarborough before this (Not going to name it). So I was having troubles with my car battery recharging so I brought the car over to another dealer in Scarborough before this (Not going to name it). They told me the alternator was fine and it was ok but it is my battery that needs replacing, they even showed me some print out of some machine doing a test. I was very mad because I had to boost my car every morning and I just replaced my battery a few days ago. I decided to try another local dealership. The experience was actually complete opposite. They asked me questions to help diagnose the issue. Near the end of the whole thing, they replaced my alternator for me and the kicker was the print out showed the battery was fine and the alternator didn't have the correct voltage. I think the other dealer just wanted me to spend money. More

Got remote starter and backup camera for my car!!!! When I purchased my car I never thought of getting a remote starter and backup camera. I decided to call my dealer to see if they can install somethin When I purchased my car I never thought of getting a remote starter and backup camera. I decided to call my dealer to see if they can install something for it. They gave me a very reasonable quote which I decided to go ahead with. I left my car there and surprisingly I got a loaner vehicle. At the end of the day came back to get my car and wow spending the money was definitely worth it. More
Disappointing service! Was in the market for a SanteFe and arrived at this dealership through a recommendation from a friend who was also in the market for the same. Experie Was in the market for a SanteFe and arrived at this dealership through a recommendation from a friend who was also in the market for the same. Experienced many surprises and poor service. First, I was offered $5000 for my trade in and mysteriously on the invoice, its marked as $4,000. When inquired, they said the $5,000 was inclusive of taxes. Luckily this was not my first time car buying experience. Secondly, I purchased a 2015 clear-out and the model I signed up for had a running board installed. I was not advised that the boards are not included when I signed up. Upon arriving to pick up vehicle, I noticed that the boards were removed. When inquired, I was told... "Oh... they are extra". Asked to speak to the manager on duty.. (wait for it)... the manager on duty refused to come down to talk to me because the manager that dealt with me was off. Talk about customer service at it's peak! Lastly, when i called to confirm pick up (called in the afternoon to confirm pick up in the evening), I was told the vehicle was not ready because I submitted insurance late and plates are not ready. A courtesy call from the sales person would have helped so I could have planned my day better. But to their credit, they made things work for pick up as scheduled. All in all, my experience was not the best! I would advise those who are doing any business with the dealer to double/triple check the paperwork and do not assume anything. The dealer seems to have mastered the art of "pulling a quick one". Returned to Service bay a week later, for a follow up to have the running boards installed and that was another chaotic experience. To end on a positive note, love the vehicle! Moved my service to Stouffville Hyundai... much better/professional service so far. Will wait and see how that goes. More
