Excellent service and exceptional staff Me and my daughter took our car in. We broke a key and purchased one on Amazon. We attempted to transfer all the insides to the new shell and the car Me and my daughter took our car in. We broke a key and purchased one on Amazon. We attempted to transfer all the insides to the new shell and the car would shut down in 5 seconds. When we took it there they said there would be a programming fee of $60. Alex, Sujee and Johnny worked on the key in front of us and it wasn't the programming. Alex said the aftermarket key was a bit different. After some surgery they managed to refit it and it worked. They didnt even charge me anything because it took 15 minutes and they even washed my car for me. I will actually spend all my future services for their honesty and courtesy. More

Amazing Accomodation I had an appointment on a saturday for an oil change. My daughter's birthday party was that evening. It turned out I needed brakes and they had to ord I had an appointment on a saturday for an oil change. My daughter's birthday party was that evening. It turned out I needed brakes and they had to order them and it would take 2 hours to arrive. I didnt want to drive with my brakes like that so i asked for a shuttle home. When they said it would only be done by the end of the day I panicked because I had to drive three kids to run errands and buy some last minute food and supplies for the party. When they heard that, they asked if i would like a rental. so i said sure it would help. Then one advisor named johhny suggested to another guy, why cant she use the shuttle as a rental free of charge. They took the stickers off the van and gave it to me for the day. I got everything done and had my car back just in time for the party. I really value and appreciate that :) More

He said I didn't have anything in writing and then he stated to me whether I had a recording of the conversation with me where he committed the ad ons.I was like do people seriously record conversations when they go to buy a product or service? That's RIDICULOUS. I personally feel that this place lacks business ethics and they don't know to honor their word or commitment. Would request everyone to just stay away from this dealership.
