Went there for a company recall service and ended up spending 169 $ after the service! spending 169 $ after the service! More

So far the experience is bad. Had may brakes done last Saturday (brakes/rotors). Left the dealer and next day had noise on the rear passenger side brakes - somehting grinding, so Had may brakes done last Saturday (brakes/rotors). Left the dealer and next day had noise on the rear passenger side brakes - somehting grinding, so I took the car back. They looked at and said everything is ok now, we cleaned some rust. After the next day, noise came back. Contacted the dealership again. Spoke to the service manager - he said he would get me a loaner car....never heard back. so this is who you are dealing with.
