When it comes to Sales persons, I have dealt with many over the years some good and some downright not good., Then I walk into Addison and encounter a woman, never bought a car from a woman before. The car I was looking at she felt was not right for me, I had earlier saw one in the parking lot, very few cars because of COVID shortage. I saw it and it turned out the one she asked me to go and look at as I am very petite and older and she felt I did not need a large SUV. This one was 6" shorter and far less expensive. I went back and forth as I had two cars to trade in, one was my son's car who had been killed in a workplace accident in 2019 and my own car that I loved. It was an emotional time for me, but due to the amount of car insurance, felt it best to trade it in. My journey with Sandra began, to say she was a fountain of information and so very knowledgeable, was a big understatement. In all my years of buying cars this woman not only was professional but unlike most sales people, showed empathy and understanding and compassion of my situation. I could go on and on about the attributes that this woman possessed when it came to selling cars, suffice to say, she is the best sales person I have ever had in my 61 years of buying cars. Addison, you are truly blessed to have such a great person selling your cars. She deserves some kind of reward indeed. Thank you Sandra from my heart, because of your compassion and empathy, you made a very difficult time for me so much better. Because of you, also, I was put in the right car for me because you knew what was best for me.You have not only become the best sales person ever, you have become a friend to me.
