poor service I had my brake pads replaced at this dealership. After the service there was a WEIRD NOISE WHEN I BRAKED I took it to Addison THREE times and was to I had my brake pads replaced at this dealership. After the service there was a WEIRD NOISE WHEN I BRAKED I took it to Addison THREE times and was told no fault found I took it to another GM dealer Applewood and paid $ and was told the noise was due to non GM parts being used. I complained to GM They made the dealer replace the pads with GM pads and the noise vanished I am still out of pocket for the $ spent getting an outside diagnosis and the absolute waste of time . GM and the dealer do not wish to address this More
